Very bad experience. Apart from the nice photos – everything else was disappointing. I came with a simple problem: another clinic had placed a new filling, but there was a gap between the teeth where food kept getting stuck. I asked them to fix the gap. They replaced the filling, but the problem stayed the same. I came back again – they said it was a different tooth and redid that one too. I…

I paid again. Then the tooth was uncomfortable – they didn’t polish it properly. I had to book a third appointment where they spent another hour grinding the tooth. In total: 3 appointments, and now the tooth actually hurts. Thanks for this “experience”. I’ll be looking for another clinic. They say they can’t find me in the system — it’s very simple: my name is Andrii, and I wrote to you on WhatsApp five times. You just delete bad reviews and ask for good ones in exchange for offering residency for mouth rinsing services. But a fact is a fact. I paid you money, and you were unprofessional — your doctors are unqualified. You simply made me pay for the procedure twice instead of once. And worst of all, you damaged my tooth — now it hurts, and the original problem still hasn’t been solved. This is a large-scale incompetence.

Love my first experience at Floss Dental. The place is clean and the service is great. Had my dental scaling. They explained the potential caries tooth and took picture of before and after treatment. The price is also reasonable for the service that you got

People leave a 5 star bc they get free mouth wash. Place is ok for cleaning but I went for a filling and now after, I need a root canal. This is a business not a treatment

Regarding your case, as stated in the consultation process & based on your X Ray, your tooth was already at a borderline stage for root canal treatment (RCT) due to the cavity being very close to the nerve. In such cases, pulp capping is an appropriate initial treatment, and observation is essential, as some discomfort is common. If the infection has spread, pain may become inevitable at some point—what we often refer to as a "time bomb." Only after careful observation can we determine if an RCT is the best course of action. I am not convinced and cannot agree with most of the positive reviews here. 1.) Their chairs are uncomfortable and if you want the neck support to be adjusted, it seems like a big hassle. 2.) I got a dental clean done and honestly, the result is not that great, especially baring in mind that I paid 1 Million IDR (150k of that was first time client fee). t European results (see attached pictures). There was still discolouration on my teeth after my dental clean. I will get it properly done in Europe in 2 months... 3.) My dentist in Europe prepared me for the case that other dentists may wanna do many small fillings due to black lines on many of my teeth. And he was right! This dentist wanted to do 10 small fillings per side, 350k per filling (3.5 Mil IDR per side, 7 Mil IDR in total!). Totally unnecessary and an unethical practice just to make money (in my opinion). I sent him the photos they sent me and he confirmed that no fillings are needed in his opinion. 4.) Had to follow up to receive the before and after photos and my invoice to claim from insurance. This should be done automatically on the same day of the appointment, not after the patient sends a follow up message. Will not come back.

I've had three fillings done at this dental clinic—everything is fantastic, you can't even tell there's a filling. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. I also chose this clinic because of the cool, modern design. I fell asleep during the filling procedure—it was so painless, considering they did it without anesthesia. 😅

I had such a great cleaning and filling experience. The staff and dentist were all so kind and talk through all my questions. The service was excellent, detailed, and very patient. For me, who was nervous about going to the dentist, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. You can request any song you want, and if you feel pain during the procedure, you can immediately tell the doctor and nurse. Highly recommended!
