Had a same day appointment after messaging in the morning. Was able to diagnose, x ray and perform the treatment all in one day. She explained each step to me in detail and I really felt like I was looked after. Would highly recommend for any emergency treatment.

Made an appointment for braces removal and retainers they had canceled twice last minute and once I complained they somehow had someone to do the job . Very strange

During my initial consultation, the dentist was thorough and took the time to walk me through all the recommendations, which made me feel confident and well-informed. On the day of my appointment, I had multiple fillings done. I was very upfront about my fear of needles and past bad experiences with dental work, and the dentist was incredibly understanding and patient. They took the time to explain every step, reassured me throughout the process, and to my surprise—I didn’t feel a thing. It was completely pain-free, which has never been the case for me before, especially overseas. This experience has completely changed how I feel about dental visits. I would absolutely travel back to Bali just for future treatments with this clinic. Highly, highly recommend!

I travelled to Bali from NZ for dentistry as it’s the 1/5 of the cost at home. Fidelity was recommended to me and now I’m recommending it. As a nervous patient the Dr and staff were awesome looking after me and keeping me calm. The work done was brilliant and had all the technology needed. Everything was very clean and hygienic. Would definitely recommend this dentist if you’re heading to Bali. Amazing facilities, great staff and dentists. I had multiple fillings for less than half what I would have got at home and I am super happy with the results.

Had an amazing service extracting my upper wisdom tooth with dr Agung & his team of professional DSAs (Ayu Dwijayanthi & Team). The procedure was explained thoroughly beforehand and the whole process barely took more than 30 mins. Would highly recommend their dental service.
