he treatment plan, we ran into a language barrier. The proposed treatment was incomprehensible to me. The doctor visibly (but calmly) lost patience, and I was asked to take a seat outside. There, the plan was explained to me again in very good German – which didn't solve the problem (the lack of understanding of the treatment). I would have liked to have two fillings done (which I had also requested when making the appointment), but then the doctor was no longer available. He rushed to the next patient. I felt like I was being processed on an assembly line. Since it was only an X-ray, I can't comment on the quality of the work. Dr. György was visibly losing patience (but remained calm), and I was asked to take a seat outside. My broken, exposed tooth remained untreated – no sign of any serious initial care. Due diligence was not exercised.

Dear Mr. Gasser, We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your initial consultation at our practice. I have consulted with our team to further improve our services. We use 3D X-ray imaging to detect even the smallest changes in the jaw at an early stage. We used this technique for you as well. When we examined the different bone layers, we used a panoramic view in addition to the layered view for orientation. This was probably the reason you described the examination as incomplete ("only the panoramic image was viewed (i.e., standard procedure as with any doctor covered by public health insurance)"). We scheduled one hour for you, but you arrived 10 minutes late, and the consultation (to answer all your questions) unfortunately took longer. Because of our next appointment, we didn't have time for your treatment. We then suggested an appointment in about two hours, but that wasn't convenient for you. Nevertheless, your feedback is very important to us. Thank you. And it is very important that the patient finds the optimal practice that suits them best. briefly: In Germany, I had exhausted all treatment options at the University Hospital in Regensburg. The senior physician there would have gladly admitted me to a psychiatric ward to alleviate my pain with neuroleptics! Two days after my first appointment, Dr. Feher operated on me immediately, and I had my health problems related to nicotine largely under control quite quickly! Now, after 10 weeks, I will be seeing Dr. Feher again. I'm going to see Dr. Feher because something is probably still wrong in the upper part of my lower jaw; I always have a sour taste in my mouth and the pressure is still there! I should mention, though, that a large area of my jaw was causing me extreme pain for a long time and wasn't treated by the German doctors. I'm sure Dr. Feher will help me! I highly recommend Dr. Feher and his team as people who can and, above all, want to treat and help people! 100 out of 5 stars.

in Vienna's 9th district, this level of professionalism has never been achieved. In some cases, it's even shockingly unprofessional! Removal of Nico (inflammatory lesions in the jawbone) – highly professional, something you won't find at the entire dental clinic in Vienna's 9th district! They could learn a thing or two from Dr. Feher!! The same applies to bite correction, grinding, and considerations for bridges and crowns – highly professional! The dental clinic in Vienna's 9th district can't compete, even though they charge twice as much! I won't get my first implant for another month, but I've only heard good things from the patients in the waiting room! Unfortunately, I've had too much work done at the dental clinic in Vienna's 9th district, and I'm sometimes very dissatisfied with the results and their methods!
