I had a tooth filling here, and it was incredibly painful. The general practitioner didn't even give me anesthesia, so the pain was excruciating. The cavity hadn't yet affected the nerve. I should have been given anesthesia first. Unlike other clinics like Haigi Dental, the doctor offered to give me anesthesia before the procedure, so it wasn't painful.

The service was rushed. I was made to wait almost an hour past my scheduled appointment, which delayed my scheduled treatment. Then, during the procedure, the doctor's assistant was cynical and wanted to go home quickly.

doctor then asked for my signature for approval for the scaling. Before the scaling, they checked the tartar buildup with an intraoral camera. In my case, the tartar was very severe, but there were no cavities. The scaling was quite painful, and I was given three or four opportunities to rinse my mouth during the procedure. It took about 45 minutes, probably because my tartar was so severe. The doctor then explained the causes, effects, and prevention in detail. The doctor and his assistant were very friendly. They were very thorough in cleaning the tartar. As a result, my teeth are now clean, even down to the crevices. Thank you.

By the way, as far as I know, after having my teeth scaled several times, I was always given cheek retractors to keep my mouth open. Yesterday, my dad didn't get any. Just imagine, parents are told to open their mouths for that long, and they're not allowed to gargle or move around much, which is why my dad said they swallowed a lot of scaling debris. 😊 I'm only disappointed with one of the doctors. I hope they can evaluate their performance next time, or even provide a survey for each doctor. There's no doubt about the facilities and staff.
