Excellent service from Dr. Valeria Medina. She is a very professional, careful, and empathetic dentist. From the first consultation, she explains everything very clearly and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Her commitment to dental health and patient well-being is evident. My expectations were high, as the customer service via social media was excellent and prompt. However, upon arriving at the clinic, everything changed completely. g me that she would be seeing me. About 15 minutes passed after my appointment time before I was finally seen. The doctor asked the routine questions, but she was clearly rushed and distracted, as she repeated the same questions several times without paying attention to my answers. The procedure began at approximately 9:45 a.m. I was there for a cavity removal and filling, which I had clearly stated when scheduling my appointment, but from that moment on, the doctor was working in a very hurried manner. I have extremely sensitive teeth, and I told Dr. Medina as soon as she applied the anesthetic. Her reaction was annoyed, as if my sensitivity was wasting her time, which caused her to rush the procedure even more. She mentioned she would apply a desensitizing agent to reduce the pain, but at no point did she mention that this would increase the cost of the treatment. During the cavity removal, she damaged the nerve. Everything was done hastily, and the pain increased with each passing minute. Initially, she had told me she could treat two cavities, but in the end, she said she didn't have time because she had another patient waiting and wouldn't be able to finish the entire procedure. The initial price she quoted me was $800 pesos. However, in the end (blaming me for my sensitivity), she charged me $1,100 pesos, without prior notice and after the procedure was already finished. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. For four days I was in excruciating pain, which led me to see another dentist, who was truly professional and informed me that Dr. Medina had irreparably damaged the nerve in my tooth, so now I need a root canal. This is precisely what I wanted to avoid. It's very sad that due to this doctor's irresponsibility and lack of care, I suffered more pain, incurred more expenses, and had to undergo a more invasive treatment. I would never go back and I would never recommend her.

Dr. Valeria provides very friendly service, answers all your questions, and explains the procedure she's following. She also makes sure you're comfortable. She does a great job filling cavities and with other services.

Terrible service. The assistants are truly incompetent; they schedule appointments incorrectly and even worse at confirming them. They take forever to attend to patients and let people who have just arrived wait for up to two hours. The dentist also leaves much to be desired. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Very good attention. The doctors performed my retreatment very professionally. My crown was 10/10, very very aesthetic.
if I could rate it a 0. I would!!! they ruined my teeth. They have no idea what they’re doing at all. I ended up going to a different dentist and she had to fix everything that they never did. DO NOT go here!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience visiting Fara Dental. I had two tooth extractions and felt no pain at all during the procedure.
