I highly recommend Family Dental Clinic 🤍 My family and I have had all our dental services done at this clinic, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and Invisalign. I highly recommend Family Dental Clinic! The best decision I ever made was to come to Tirana to fix my teeth in this clinic. The staff, starting from the front desk was very professional, caring, helpful and kind. I can’t thank enough Dr. Ilba and Dr. Fjorela who gave me the best natural looking teeth with Emax Crowns . Finally I feel confident to smile with my beautiful teeth😁
I have had 6 beautiful crowns done before. They look so natural and I can't stop smiling. The whole process was smooth. The staff is wonderful, extremely friendly. The whole place looks so warm and cozy. Very relaxing.

First of all, the bed service at this clinic was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me and didn't make me feel welcome or comfortable. The waiting room was overcrowded and disorganized, and the staff were uncoordinated with each other, causing long delays and a lot of frustration. It was clear that they were not adequately trained or prepared to handle the influx of patients, which made the overall experience very stressful. Another major issue with this clinic was their unreliability. They were frequently late for appointments, and on one occasion, they even cancelled my scheduled appointment altogether even if I scheduled it one month ahead. This lack of professionalism and organization made it difficult to plan my schedule around my dental treatments, causing a lot of inconvenience and wasted time. The worst part of my experience at this clinic was the lack of responsibility from the staff and management. Despite paying top dollar for dental services in the area, there was no guarantee that the work they did would be of a high quality. In fact, the prosthetic work that they did for me was very poor, and I was left with a lot of discomfort and pain. When I asked about a guarantee for their work, they were evasive and unclear about what they could offer me. It was clear that they didn't take responsibility for their work, which is a major concern for anyone seeking dental treatment. The business tactics of this clinic were also very bad. They were not transparent with their procedures and were very vague about the work that needed to be done. This lack of clarity made it difficult to understand what was going on and why, which caused a lot of anxiety and frustration. In addition, there was no guarantee for the zircon teeth that they were going to install, which is very concerning given the amount of money I paid for their services. The doctor at this clinic was also very conceited and arrogant, which did not help my experience. He seemed to have a very high opinion of himself and didn't take the time to explain things to me properly. In fact, he even pulled three teeth without speaking to me beforehand or explaining why it was necessary. This lack of communication and explanation was very concerning, and it made me question the quality of their work. To make matters worse, the clinic asked for payment before they even finished their work, which raised some serious red flags. It was clear that they were more interested in taking my money than providing quality dental services. This lack of professionalism and business ethics was very concerning, and it made me feel like they didn't care about my wellbeing or satisfaction as a patient. Overall, my experience at the Family Dental Clinic was very bad. The unprofessionalism, lack of responsibility, and bad business tactics made it a terrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone looking for dental services to avoid this clinic at all costs. The risks and uncertainties are simply not worth it, and there are many other reputable dental clinics in the area that can provide high-quality services at a fair price. I got Emaxi crowns, super natural, super beautiful! My teeth have had problems with color and damage for years. Crowns were suggested to protect my tooth. I had complete confidence and it was worth everything, thank you to the staff

They will charge you extra for doing nothing soon as they know you coming from other country , they want me to do full top mouth when not need it as this way they make more money.and easy to do it , when i said no they started been rude and I didn’t feel comfortable there , And not very clean dentist there never wash there hand or sanitize them and…

there don’t even have sanitizer on entry it is empty all the time . So don’t use them stay way from this dentist.

I do not recommend Family Dental to anyone! Beware! If you go for veneers or Emax crowns, they will most likely use other materials, and will not give you a signed guarantee. I have had 5 teeth fixed on 3 different occasions but with these last ones, not anymore! I don't know what the doctor had in the last three treatments but the gossip that the client moves his tongue a lot (unconsciously, under anesthesia) in a low-slung manner, in my opinion, seems unnecessary! For me it was the last time I will be treated there!
