I went for a teeth cleaning. It was my first time to have my teeth cleaned in Malaysia, so I was a bit nervous, but I managed to get it done. I've only been there once, but I think they've kept things to a minimum.

had emergency on my trip to penang, the clinic was kind enough to prioritize my situation. dr Tan assisted patiently throughout the treatement and the lady in the receptionist was very thoughtful and kind.

I had been experiencing tooth pain for a long time, so I went to see Dr. Eugene. He examined me very thoroughly and even performed a root canal. The whole process went very smoothly and wasn't painful at all. The doctor's explanations were very clear, and I can finally chew with peace of mind!

I came to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The doctor was very gentle, and the treatment was meticulous, patient, and unhurried. I barely felt anything during the anesthesia, and the whole experience was very reassuring. Great!

Very bad experience at this clinic , they simply extra charge without prior consent And they did not explain , just simply ask the nurse to tell me to go x ray without doctor consulting and explanation And I was charged RM50 for rubber dam WITHOUT prior knowledge & no explanation whatsoever A waste of my time , money and effort PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC

We value all feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the quality of care we provide. Regarding the rubber dam, it is a standard tool used during dental procedures such as fillings and root canals to ensure a dry, clean environment — especially when the treated area is close to the gumline. According to your treatment record dated 26 May 2025, a filling was done on tooth 23 (cervical-buccal area), which is typically exposed to moisture from the gums. Proper isolation using a rubber dam is necessary in such cases to ensure the filling bonds properly and lasts longer. The use of the rubber dam was itemized separately at RM50, but this still falls within our overall quoted filling range of RM100–RM300, depending on the surfaces involved and the complexity of the case. That said, we acknowledge your concern that this was not clearly communicated beforehand, and we will be taking further steps to ensure all procedures and costs are clearly explained moving forward. As for the X-ray, it was not needed for the fillings on teeth 36, 37, and 47. However, our dentist noted a concern with tooth 26, which appeared to require further evaluation. An X-ray was recommended as part of a thorough examination — this is standard practice when there are signs of potential underlying issues. We fully respected your decision not to proceed with the X-ray, and as such, we did not continue further with the examination of that tooth. On the day of your appointment, you arrived early, and our staff approached you to confirm your consent for the X-ray in accordance with the treatment plan. When you declined, the attending staff promptly informed the dentist, and we fully respected your decision by not proceeding with the procedure. We had intended for the dentist to speak with you during your scheduled appointment time to discuss this further. However, we understand that you left before the appointment and, unfortunately, we only became aware of your dissatisfaction afterwards here on google . We understand you have since consulted another dentist, and we’re glad you’ve found someone you’re comfortable with. While we’re disappointed that our efforts were not fully recognized, we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to enhance our communication and service.
