I was here for dental hygiene, the hygienist has a great attitude, they have excellent equipment, the staff is nice, communication is also great. I plan to only go here from now on.

Modern and top-equipped clinic in Kramáry. I was there for dental hygiene, which was done very thoroughly. Thank you to Petra Chnapková, who did it and thoroughly explained to me how to take care of my teeth.

Great communication both at the reception and with the doctor. Despite the fact that they did not recommend the braces to me during the consultation, I was satisfied and in the future, if I had any problems, I would not hesitate to contact Family Dental Care.

I don't know what happened to this clinic, but since they moved from Šafarikov Square, it's been going downhill. When I made an appointment to have my braces removed, they booked me in for a check-up, so I had to make another appointment for the final scan. They didn't tell me at all that it doesn't actually end with night splints but that they're putting some kind of wire on my teeth and I…

still don't know how long I'll have it and what was even better was that in less than 2 weeks I'll get an invoice that I had absolutely no idea about because no one told me about it (especially since they shove a piece of paper in your hand so you can sign it immediately without having time to read it because there's another patient waiting there)... and since they always told me that the last thing you pay is €150 for night splints and then you'll get another invoice, I really don't know what to expect... no proper communication... they'll just do their job and kick you out right away with the incoming invoice. I'm very disappointed and angry...

After orthodontic treatment, teeth have a natural tendency to return to their original position; this is a normal biological process, as the ligaments and tissues around the teeth "remember" their original position. The retention wire serves to stabilize the result of the treatment and keep the teeth in the correct position for a long time. Without retention, the teeth may gradually shift and the achieved result may be impaired. This procedure is a standard part of the treatment and its importance is always explained to patients in advance. At the same time, it is a procedure that the patient agrees to, and in case of disagreement, it was possible to refuse it. Regarding the price of retention appliances, the amount charged corresponds to the price that was communicated and agreed upon at the beginning of the treatment as part of the treatment plan. We would also like to add that the retention wire itself was provided to you free of charge. If you would like to have the retention wire removed, we will be happy to accommodate you, just contact us and arrange an appointment. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. However, the disappointment came when I got home and I started to notice that my tartar hadn't even been removed. So that's it for the dental hygiene at Family Dental Care, of course they ignore my messages. NEVER AGAIN

I don't often leave negative reviews but to be booked twice for an appointment and upon arrival find out that I am not registered in the system... that's too much.. I hope they finally find an appointment at one of the branches due to the use of the voucher and I am done with family dental care. Unfortunately I do not recommend your name!

I am satisfied with the course and result of the treatment, I can recommend it. I also appreciate the kind and professional staff. What bothers me is the inability to call the clinic directly.

Dental hygiene lasted for 15 minutes - seems way too short. I missed the protecting glasses. The communication was quite confusing. Good location, nice and clean premises.
