Best dentist in Brasília! I had a cleaning done by the Experten team and the treatment was very good. I was seen by Dr. Yuri and Dr. Taigo, and the treatment was very well done. When you arrive, the staff treats you well, there are drinks, toothbrushes, and a television. Terrible! I'm an anesthesiologist and I was hired by the clinic to perform sedation for an implant. The procedure lasted 4 hours, and in the end I received no payment; I was ripped off! Not to mention that the clinic has terrible facilities; the rooms barely fit two people. And to top it off, the professionals are inexperienced! However, for clarification purposes, we would like to clarify some important points: 1) Regarding sedation and payment On the day mentioned, you treated two patients at our clinic. The anesthesiologist is hired directly by the patient, with prices, conditions, and payment methods agreed upon between the patient and the professional—the clinic does not handle this hiring. As we understand it, one of the patients is still in the process of settling directly with you and has not refused to pay, only requested time for financial organization and to align prices. Even though this is not a contractual relationship with the clinic, we are in contact with the patient to assist in communication and to resolve the situation in the best possible way. 2) Regarding the mentioned prices and "packages" The comment mentions prices and conditions that do not reflect official information. You do not have access to the treatment plan, detailed budget, stages, and contractual particularities of the patient; therefore, it is not appropriate to state numbers and conclusions as if they were treatment data. 3) Regarding Structure and Facilities The clinic's description does not match our actual facilities. We have well-planned and spacious consulting rooms, a modern structure, a 3D scanner, up-to-date equipment, and new, technologically advanced chairs, focusing on patient comfort and experience (including a TV on the ceiling). Our standards can be verified through patient reviews and also on our Instagram, where we transparently showcase the clinic and our daily routine. 4) Regarding Professionals and Clinical Conduct Our team consists of qualified professionals and follows a well-defined technical routine. When partner professionals participate in specific stages, this is done ethically and transparently, aiming for safety and the best possible outcome for the patient, within best practices. Finally, we reiterate our respect for your profession and remain open to dialogue for clarification. For a proper investigation, we ask that you contact us through official channels so that the matter can be handled seriously, transparently, and based on records.

It was content from Dr. Yuri, and at that moment he saw the possibility of my long-awaited oral health and a beautiful smile. And he decided to take me to the Experian Clinic. I confess: it wasn't easy. Not because of the clinic, nor because of Dr. Yuri, even with the necessary adjustments throughout the process. The greatest difficulty was within me: in accepting that I deserved this care, that I could, indeed, have a healthy and beautiful smile. Today, with a heart full of gratitude, I want to express my thanks to the entire team and to Dr. Yuri. I am a business owner and I know how challenging it is to serve different people every day, but Dr. Yuri and his team welcomed me with excellence, respect, and mastery.
