After reviewing my CT scan, he was the only doctor (after five previous scans at different clinics) who detected the real issue: a broken dental tool left inside my tooth, which had caused a cyst and triggered a recurring sinusitis. He acted quickly, removed the tooth, cleaned the sinus, and guided me through the whole recovery process. For a month he checked on me regularly, monitored my healing, and supported me until I finally returned to a pain-free, normal life. Soon we’ll move to the implant stage, and I’m excited to smile confidently again. I’m truly grateful to have such a responsible, attentive, and professional doctor in our country. I highly recommend Dr. Gor Melkumyan to anyone looking for a trustworthy specialist.

Even after the treatment is completed, they keep me updated; for example, I'm updated on the healing progress of my tooth after the root canal. I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Ekaterina, a very competent specialist. The orthodontic treatment was preceded by all the necessary preparation for my case (wearing a mouth guard, fixing my jaw in the correct position with veneers). Just the other day, I had my last wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Gor – the removal was instant, in a very comfortable environment. An hour later, I was already going to an event because I felt so comfortable. There was no sign of swelling or pain. Overall, everything was 100/10, thanks to David and the entire clinic staff for the high-quality work and positive atmosphere :)

The ceramic inlay replacements required the attention of an orthodontist, and this was handled by Vladimir Oganyan — a thoughtful, calm specialist who inspires confidence in the outcome. He’s also very attentive to detail and genuinely cares about the patient. Both doctors patiently listened to and answered all of my numerous questions. I’m sincerely grateful to the clinic’s team and I definitely recommend them.

I chose this clinic because of its modern approach to treatment and based on reviews. The treatment was excellent: a rubber dam, a microscope, in-chair imaging, and an assistant—I liked that. However, there are significant downsides: 1. There's a lack of transparency in the treatment plan and pricing. . The bill says 'endo,' but I'd like to know exactly what I'm paying for. 2. The receptionists are unfriendly. Yes, I've let the clinic down a few times with cancellations and late arrivals, but a smirk and lectures in response to a sincere apology are the last thing I want to hear from a professional in customer service. If you're on time and enjoy a startup atmosphere, I recommend this clinic. But personally, I found another clinic. Thanks to Alexander and his assistant for taking on a difficult tooth (other doctors suggested an extraction).

Thank you for your feedback, but it would have been better if you had stated everything as it is! No one lectured you, but simply explained that it is important to respect others' working hours, too, and this after you cancelled the second time 5 minutes before your appointment (saying work was unavailable). You were politely made aware that next time you will be booked for 100% payment! And regarding the long treatment time... Well, forgive us, we don't do it poorly (removing it would have been faster)!
