Highly recommended! Last week I went to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The dentist has explained to me very well about the condition of my wisdom teeth and also gave me comfort. The dentist has good skills at extracting the teeth and there was basically no swelling and not much pain after the procedure. A few days after the extraction, the nurse has made phone call to care about me.
Had one of my wisdom tooth extracted recently and done professionally by Dr. Ong. Initially i thought that wisdom tooth extraction could bring the worst pain (more than when i was wearing retainer) but Dr. Ong briefed me about the procedures and all that and told me that it’s not going to be as painful. just some slight discomfort every so often (given that i’ve took the painkillers prescribed😌) but overall I’d rate the pain 1 out of 10 of the pain scale, props to Dr. Ong👍🏻
A no nonsense dental surgeon. I am not one that goes to a dentist willingly. I must be quite concern about my teeth to go or find a dentist. I gathered up my courage to go to one. d what the dentist may find in my mouth. But he patiently reviewed my teeth and gave advise to care for my teeth. No filling needed though I felt I needed 4. He could see I grinded my teeth often and he smoothen after scalding. All the discomfort went away. As for scaling, I wanted an injection as I was fearful. But he insisted he wont give me. For a little while, I was apprehensive. But all my fears and concern were gone as HE IS SO CAREFUL AND COMFORTING. This is the 1st time, I am seeing a real sincere and dedicated dentist. Not charging you unnecessary. Thank you, Dr Ong.

Dr Ong Yi Farn is a young,nice,gentle, and professional dentist .He will provide every required information before proceeding to the next procedure. I feel confident and comfortable indeed after treatment with reasonable treatment charges. This is a dental clinic worth introducing since senior Dr Ong Ewe Hai to junior Dr Ong Yi Farn.

The wisdom tooth extraction from Dr Ong was done professionally. It was a smooth procedure with no pain and fear with the good job done. Recommended to others who have this same problem and price is consider reasonable.
Is not that Scary ! Dr Ong told me , and yeahh it is truee. During my extraction of wisdom tooth, Dr Ong share with me the process and patiently explain it to me. Definitely comforting. Several x-ray were taken just to make sure everything is on place while taking consideration of not putting me on unnecessary risk. Overall pleasant experience.

Best service with reasonable price. Doctor explain the condition well and provide suitable solution. No pain during surgery for removing my wisdom tooth. It was quiet a difficult window tooth to remove but the process was very smooth. But please remember to make appointment, they are usually full and you will have to wait a while if you walk in.

besides giving a great explaination of what I might have gone through these past 2 years & what are the next steps of action. I had my right side wisdom teeth removed & the whole process was just less than 5 minutes. prior to the removal, I had less to no pain even after the anesthesia might have subsided & I was okay the next day. Overall, the service was good & the pricing was okay too.
Dr Ong is professional, friendly and very skillful. He provides detailed explanation on teeth condition and recommends a suitable treatment. Had been his patient for many years since the era of his father. Recommended to everyone and most importantly NO PAIN.

The nurses would call me a day before my dental appointment to give me a reminder and the dentist allowed me to pay for my root canal treatment and filling in installment. Very knowledgeable and professional doctor. This is the best place in Penang to get your dental treatment. You will never regret.
