At the end of June 2023, I returned to Bucharest for a check-up. My new advisor, Elsa, took care of everything: hotel reservations, appointments with the clinic, airport taxis, etc. I am scheduled to return in 2024 for further treatment on my lower teeth, and I will go back without any hesitation. In short: The doctors and staff are very warm and competent, the advisor is attentive, and the treatment is affordable. I recommend Eurodentaire without hesitation.

Plus, you're not alone, as several people are staying at the hotel at different stages of their treatment. You're not stranded in a foreign country, and bonds are formed during this challenging time (it is still the dentist, after all, and treatment isn't always pleasant). Mutual support is so important; we encourage and reassure each other, which is very comforting. The clinic staff is highly competent and professional, attentive to their patients, and the clinic has all the latest equipment for high-quality care. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but there was a lot of work to be done to be able to eat and smile properly again. On the first day of my initial treatment, I was panicked, but everyone listened to me and understood what I was going through, whether it was Cédric on the phone or my dentist and the interpreters Rodica and Georgiana at the clinic. During this second visit, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during my root canal. I had misaligned teeth that were distorting my jaw and causing gum recession. Now, I have the smile I wanted (right down to choosing the size, color, etc.). I thought my case was hopeless, but it was resolved quite quickly. Between my first contact with Eurodentaire and the end of my treatment, less than six months passed (including the three-month healing period). Bucharest is a magnificent city, with so much to see, whether you enjoy visiting monuments or exploring parks and nature reserves. The people are lovely, there's a vibrant atmosphere, yet the hotel is in a quiet location. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I arrived and was pleasantly surprised.

If I wanted to start the next day after an evening of reflection, I simply had to inform the clinic through the person who scheduled the various appointments. The very next day, I began treatment for two implants with bone grafting. Everything went very well, with excellent support, both in planning the stay and the interpreter, not to mention the doctor's professionalism. At the end of treatment, a medical file with X-rays, a quote, an invoice, and a Cerfa document is created to submit the file to the CPAM (Health Insurance Fund) for coverage for treatment abroad. The dental care (implants, reconstruction, etc.) is carried out by the team with impeccable know-how and technology, as is their follow-up during my stay. I would also like to thank the perfect and pleasant support of Katelin, who was "my" interpreter during the treatment, as well as Kristof, with whom I was also able to communicate with pleasure. The five consultations/interventions during the week gave me time to walk 70 km around Budapest and enjoyably explore this beautiful and peaceful city. In short, when my family and friends curiously asked me how my stay went, I always told them that my week in Budapest was wonderful and that I would return in six months without any apprehension and with pleasure! om Marseille are competitive with Ryanair (between 60 and 80 euros round trip depending on the season and luggage). September 2022 I was met at the airport by Cipriano, the owner of the Casa Sofia hotel. He speaks perfect French and readily explains the developments in Romania. This initial contact is important because it allows you to converse freely with a local, which is always enriching. The Casa Sofia is a simple and clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi connection. It's a little outside the city center, but it's less than 3 minutes from the clinic. The charming Rodica—who speaks perfect French—will drive you to the clinic for your initial trips. The reception at the clinic is very welcoming. It's handled by Angélica, who speaks excellent French and is very familiar with our social security system. The exterior of the clinic might be surprising, but the interior is modern and bright, the equipment is very new, so there's nothing to worry about. After a good series of X-rays/scans (done on-site), Dr. Buzoiu explained to me in very good French what we were going to do. Based on the X-rays, he decided to place two implants instead of three (due to a bone infection under my old bridge). I asked if the more expensive implants were preferable, and we decided on a middle-ground solution given the configuration of my jaw. The procedure itself was quite quick, about an hour. Dr. Buzoiu knows exactly what he's doing and explains it to you in real time. He truly has incredible dexterity. The first visit to Romania ended with follow-up X-rays: all clear. So I left with my social security forms (Cerfa) filled out by Angelica. I just need to send them to my health insurance provider and Ameli (the French national health insurance system). See you in 3 months. December 2022 Christopher contacted me again to ask if everything was alright (he had contacted me several times about this in October), and if I had been able to schedule my second visit to Bucharest. January 2023 Cipriano was waiting for me at the airport, and I was happy to see him again. He drove me directly to the clinic because I only had 3 days to finalize the implant-supported prostheses. I was delighted to see everyone again: Rodica, Angelica, and Dr. Buzoiu. X-rays, scans. Dr. Popescu digitized my entire denture to tell the prosthetists (at the very top of the clinic) what work needed to be done. Two days later, the prosthesis was ready and fit perfectly. I have molars! I paid the final bills, collected my French tax forms, and returned to France, very satisfied. Christopher contacted me very quickly to get my impressions. I assured him that everything was fine and that I would share my experience. Four or five friends were already very interested in this option and would likely overcome the initial hesitation about receiving treatment abroad after hearing about it. Things to know: - Romania is more attractive in the summer than in the winter. - We have good purchasing power in Romania. - Bucharest is a very congested city; cars are king. - The Bucharest metro is very clean and efficient; it's also inexpensive. There are some excellent restaurants. I want to thank Christopher, Rodica, and the entire medical team again; they were truly outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go back.

n France. While there, I stayed in a hotel where the owner is incredibly attentive and speaks French. The dental clinic has top-notch staff and equipment. I felt safe throughout my stay. I was able to combine business with pleasure by visiting this magnificent city (the Palace of Parliament, Lipsani Street, etc.), the Carpathian Mountains, Transylvania, Bran Castle (Dracula's castle), and the Romanians are lovely. I'll be going back in 6 months without any apprehension.
