Very professional service and excellent email contact prior to my treatment. The dentists were very well prepared. I highly recommend as prices are 1/5 of that in the UK.
Very competent and friendly staff, with a truly professional approach to clients. Expert doctors answer all questions. The treatment itself is quick and painless. Pleasant, well-equipped, and modern offices, and a great location. I highly recommend it!
When I came to Eurodent with an abscess in a tooth treated there three months earlier, I was told the root had decayed and could only be extracted. So I went to the National Health Fund (NFZ), where I was prescribed antibiotics, and the tooth was then restored. Only the fact that the surgeon at Eurodent only sees patients once a week prevented me from needlessly losing my lower tooth.
I had a wisdom tooth extracted at Euro-Dent. The tooth came out relatively painlessly, but it hurt when it came time to pay. Instead of the agreed-upon amount over the phone, I ended up paying twice as much because "the doctor decided it was a surgical procedure, not a standard tooth extraction." For that price, the conditions are absolutely terrible (the dental chair is probably older than me), and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Two stars only because, at least, I no longer have that wisdom tooth in my jaw... I don't recommend them.
