When I came to Eurodent with an abscess in a tooth treated there three months earlier, I was told the root had decayed and could only be extracted. So I went to the National Health Fund (NFZ), where I was prescribed antibiotics, and the tooth was then restored. Only the fact that the surgeon at Eurodent only sees patients once a week prevented me from needlessly losing my lower tooth.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted at Euro-Dent. The tooth came out relatively painlessly, but it hurt when it came time to pay. Instead of the agreed-upon amount over the phone, I ended up paying twice as much because "the doctor decided it was a surgical procedure, not a standard tooth extraction." No drilling, no cutting, and no stitches... Oh well. When I tried to negotiate, I got the answer, "The…
