hungry, they even made me some lukewarm tea with sugar – it was very nice! The prices are reasonable and fully reflect the level of service provided. I am very grateful and definitely recommend this clinic!

I was very pleased with my visit to the dentist. The staff was extremely polite, and the dentist thoroughly explained each step of the treatment, which helped calm my nervous child. The office was modern and clean. I highly recommend them to parents looking for professional, friendly, and comfortable dental care for their child.

Eurodent is one of the clinics with the longest history and experience in Krakow. I must admit that it still maintains its high standards, even though the owner and location have changed, everything has been for the better. I returned after many years and the staff is nice and competent, and the same charming lady at the reception desk!

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the professional and friendly approach to patients to Dr. Bąk and the ladies working in the reception area. For years, I have been using the help of dentists and the ladies performing hygiene treatments at the EuroDent facility.

Very friendly service with a personalized approach. I recommend Ms. Jola and thank her very much for her visit. The prices are also reasonable, the location is great in the center of Krakow, and the appointments are relatively quick.

I'm incredibly happy :) I had a full dental hygiene session, and the hygienist talked to me the entire time, which distracted me because I suffer from severe dental phobia. My teeth are as good as new :) Thank you, and see you next year!

I've been their patient for the last century, so I don't want anyone to think this is sponsorship. Today I went for another visit. Stay away! I was there for a checkup as a first-time client. Ms. Teresa Rup performed the checkup in five seconds, supposedly diagnosing cavities in an incredible number of teeth. I was immediately suspicious, so I declined the "treatment." She and her assistant urged me to start treatment during that very appointment, which, in my opinion, shouldn't happen. no one has the right to pressure them into it and tell them that if I agree to treatment, I won't be charged for the checkup. The appointment itself was delayed by about 40 minutes, and this unprofessional "pleasure" cost me 100 złoty for five seconds spent in a chair that didn't even recline, unlike in other offices I've been to. I've held off on writing my opinion until now because I wanted to consult another specialist's opinion, which was completely different from Ms. Rup's. I dread to think what she would have "cured" if I had agreed to this after the checkup. Furthermore, when I made the appointment over the phone, the receptionist quoted me a lower price for the checkup. I do not recommend her!

As compensation, we are offering a free scaling procedure. This offer is valid until the end of the year. You can refer to our response. Regarding the remaining issues, we unfortunately disagree with your assessment. The purpose of the checkup is to inform you about the condition of your teeth and any other oral problems. Ms. Teresa Rup is a doctor with over 30 years of experience. We are confident in her competence and the justification for her assessment. The doctor recommended the correct treatment, caring for your health and saving you 100 PLN. We consider this approach appropriate. The doctor's primary goal is to heal the patient. Regarding the chair, I assure you that it reclines to a lying position. However, there are different approaches to patient positioning, and the way you are accommodated does not mean that the doctor is doing it incorrectly. In fact, some patients cannot tolerate lying down. You claim that the other doctor's diagnosis was completely different? That is, the teeth indicated for treatment do not require it? We are prepared to take responsibility for our opinion if it is incorrect, so we invite you for a free consultation. Best regards, and we invite you to Eurodent.
A wonderful atmosphere, very high standards, and the dentists' incredible approach to children. I highly recommend it.

Professional service from the entire team, comprehensive treatment, a pleasant atmosphere, and a very good approach to the patient. During the treatment, the doctor (M. Cichoszewska) provides detailed information about the next steps, and verbal communication is very helpful and reassuring. The hygiene is top-notch, the best I've ever had, and the results are amazing. I recommend it 100%.

I went to my appointment with mixed feelings. Root canal treatment isn't exactly pleasant, especially after a poorly performed procedure at another clinic. But here was a very pleasant surprise. It all ended with just one visit, which was conducted in a pleasant atmosphere. Painless, completely professional, and included a follow-up X-ray taken on-site after the treatment. I highly recommend it!
A great place, completely professional. The wait for the appointment was quick, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was competent. I highly recommend it! I'd been to three dentists before, none of whom could find the cause of the pain. Only at EURODENT did they manage to pinpoint the problem and fix it.
