On March 31, 2025, I contacted the clinic to undergo dental implant treatment. I signed a contract, and it was agreed that treatment would only begin after payment of the R$ 3,700.00 down payment. In July 2025, I paid the installments in advance and settled the down payment ahead of schedule, precisely because I needed the treatment urgently. . Appointments were scheduled only once a month, and the periodontist repeatedly blamed me, claiming I wasn't cleaning my teeth properly. Despite this, my condition didn't improve, and my urgency wasn't taken seriously. At one point, I had to extract a damaged tooth myself, and even after informing the clinic, **no action was taken to prevent this situation or to proceed with the treatment I had contracted and paid for**. After seven months without any real progress, I requested cancellation. However, the clinic **abusively increased the prices of the few procedures performed (only three scrapings)** and even tried to make me sign a document waiving any refund—which is illegal and abusive. I did not sign. I am filing this complaint so that the clinic: 1. Justifies the non-performance of the contracted treatment; 2. Explains the abusive price increase; 3. Provides a proportional refund of the contract as determined by the Consumer Protection Code; 4. Clearly explains why it neglected my urgent needs and did not adhere to the treatment schedule. If there is no solution, I will proceed through legal action.
From the start, the phone call with the attendant Carol was super attentive, I immediately liked her approach and the payment methods, and upon arriving at the clinic it exceeded my expectations, wonderful girls! I recommend it!
