Incredible!!! I went to Dr. Petkov's office with severe injuries, all teeth and gums, severe pain and a terrible appearance. From the first minute I felt concern and sympathy. Unfortunately, I have already forgotten the name of the young gentleman who did my filling. Extremely nice (as were everyone else at the clinic), but the filling (which we had to fix every 3 visits) started to fall out after half a year, it is crumbling a bit. After so much effort on his part, I expected it to last at least a few years.

Extremely professional and correct attitude of a team of professionals. Hygiene and cleanliness in the dental clinic are at a very high level, which is very important to me. All the manipulations that they have done on me so far have been successful and I now only go for prophylaxis from time to time. I highly recommend!

Nonsense!!! All bad comments are deleted! I have a recording of Dr. Atanasova extracting a tooth from my 4-year-old son! She broke it and then used the awl live!!! My child collapsed in her arms twice! She turned off the lamp, sighed and left me to wake him up!!! In the end, she left pieces that were removed by the faculty!!! I am still in a dilemma whether to provide the recording to the media!!!…

Dear Ms. Boneva, your statements are not true. 1. Comments on Google, regardless of whether they are positive or negative, cannot be technologically deleted by us. 2. We hope that you distinguish between a collapse and a child crying. There is no way for a patient to collapse and continue the manipulation on the same day, let alone a child. In our clinic, there is no such case with a child who collapsed twice. If the child is very small and upset, he may not allow a given manipulation to be performed, but the parents are always thoroughly informed about the dental condition of their child. There is no way they could have misled you that they had extracted a tooth, but it was not. The colleagues work with dental assistants who are direct witnesses to every situation and manipulation in our clinic. Dr. Atanasova is an integral part of our team, a preferred and beloved dentist of many of our patients - adults and children, and last but not least, a good person and mother who would not allow such treatment. We would like to ask you to contact us and provide us with the recording that proves your allegations of the collapse and the attitude of our team. Please note that defamation is punishable under Art. 147, para. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, and we have the right to defend the name of the clinic and seek our rights.

A top dentist I can highly recommend. The practice is extremely well-equipped, state-of-the-art, and the microscope ensures excellent dental work. X-rays are taken while the patient is still in the chair, and the image is visible immediately. He's very approachable, not at all arrogant, and always has a smile on his face. :) He even helped me and my partner out of a tight spot in our personal lives, something you rarely do these days when you don't know someone. He understood our problem and immediately offered his help. People with dental anxiety are in the best hands here. His honesty and professional manner impressed me greatly; he's always correct and truly wants the best for his patients. Dear doctors in Germany, consider training with this dentist – you could learn a great deal. If such a thing existed, I would give the entire practice 100 points. Simply top-notch.
