What a wonderful place and team! I was attended to quickly, kindly, and with such warmth. The atmosphere is filled with good humor, and the consultation room is a feast for the senses: tropical, cheerful, and full of details that make you smile. I felt incredibly comfortable and cared for. I will definitely be back. Thank you for such beauty and good vibes!

The treatment of patients is exceptional; they ensure that patients always receive the best care and attention. I underwent highly complex surgery, and their support and care were invaluable throughout the process. They have recently opened new facilities in Benimaclet, which makes patients feel more comfortable in a pleasant environment. 100% recommended.

I went through a Groupon for a cleaning, whitening, and a tray, and I was very happy. The service was excellent; everyone from the receptionists to the dentists was friendly. I've gone back and will continue to go.

Excellent service and excellent care, 100% professional. I'm not giving it 10 stars because I can't. I'm undergoing dental treatment with them, and it couldn't be better.
I went for a dental cleaning and they took an X-ray and a CT scan, telling me I had a cyst that needed to be removed urgently. The estimate they gave me was around €5,000, so I requested a second opinion through the public healthcare system because I couldn't afford it. I asked for the CT scan, but they refused to give it to me. I insisted, and they said they would give it to me for €150, which…

I paid for, a right that should be free as a patient. But to my shock, when I arrived at the general hospital, the oral surgeon told me I HAVE NOTHING, that surgery isn't necessary, that it's an infection caused by a root canal. The surgeon told me not to hesitate to file a complaint, which I am doing. I'm writing this review so you can be careful. Besides trying to scam me, they didn't care at all about how news like this can affect you psychologically. Please, be very careful, ask for a second opinion!!!

Lidya, When you came for your appointment, you were informed of the cost of the study you requested. You accepted, and immediately after you made the payment, the CT scan was sent to your email. You confirmed receipt of the email with the study information right there in front of us. Days later, you wrote to us saying you couldn't access the study and asked us to send it again. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so because the DANA storm destroyed our clinic and the equipment where all the studies were recorded, not only yours but those of all our patients. Once we had new equipment available at our other location, we offered to perform the study again to replace the lost one. Finally, the diagnosis given on that occasion was perfectly reflected in the studies performed and the clinical findings, and they will surely be present in any other study performed today. On the other hand, you have the right to act as you see fit. We will be available to perform the CT scan so you can discuss the diagnosis with whomever you choose. We remain here to assist you.
It was a disaster. They pulled my wisdom teeth in the afternoon, and they only gave me paracetamol and ibuprofen. My face started to swell a lot and was in a lot of pain, and I was scared. I called, but no one answered. They say they have a 24-hour phone line, but they don't. When I told them, they gave me a prescription to go to the emergency room to get Urbason. Then you tell them what's happening, and they tell you it's normal. It doesn't seem normal to me that after surgery, they don't give you antibiotics until 12 hours later, and it's even less normal for your neck to turn purple all the way down to your chest. Seven days later, I'm still taking strong painkillers.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in the UK and went to get a fixed retainer fitted just in time, not knowing it needed a cleaning for it to adhere properly.
