We are happy with the way the crown was placed and service along the way. The front tooth cracked just the night before we left for Turkey. The team scheduled an appointment within two days. n creating a calm, reassuring environment. A special thank you must go to my patient coordinator, Ezgi, who has been exceptional throughout. She was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly for me. Her communication and care made a huge difference. I’d also like to highlight the excellent work of my surgeon, Gokhan Yilmaz. His expertise and calm approach gave me full confidence, and the procedure itself was almost painless. He really listened to my concerns and adjusted things to ensure I was as comfortable as possible at every stage. What stood out most to me was how well the team listened to my needs and tailored the experience accordingly. I never felt rushed or overlooked—everything was handled with care and precision. Even when I requested minor adjustments they patiently reopened their doors and worked with no complaints. I was so impressed I had to get everyone gifts. This is only the first part of my treatment, and based on this experience, I feel very confident moving forward. I will be updating this review after my second procedure later this year with a final, positive overview.
