Hello My name is Marek. We use the services of ER Dental, mainly Dr. Julia Arciuch, an orthodontist. She's kind, smiling, and definitely competent. The braces she recommended are working, and follow-up visits and full care are OK.

I haven't encountered such professional and friendly service in a long time. The doctor tried her best to help me, even if it meant working after the clinic closed and spending almost three hours with me in the chair. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I'm very pleased with the visit. Dr. Wiktor explained and showed me everything. I had a filling placed, and I even didn't need anesthesia. I was informed how long the procedure would take. For a larger filling, I know I need to set aside more time. I'll definitely be back next time ☺️

The best place for tooth extractions. I had two wisdom teeth removed at Dr. Szantyr's. The procedure was performed quickly, thoroughly, and professionally, so that the post-extraction discomfort was minimal. What's more, from the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, from the lovely receptionist to the doctor and her assistant.

conservative dentistry, surgery, and root canal treatment, I was able to meet almost the entire team ;-) and, in my opinion, they are the most professional, experienced, and dedicated team of doctors I've ever met. The wonderful Dr. Aleksandra removed my two difficult seven teeth very efficiently, quickly, and painlessly. It really took seconds, not minutes. Everything healed quickly and without any complications. Root canal treatment with Dr. Agata is truly a masterpiece! Complete professionalism, dedication, thoroughness, and absolutely painless. I'm having my remaining teeth treated by Dr. Ewa. A truly wonderful, professional, and dedicated doctor! Exceptional knowledge, skills, and effectiveness. I wholeheartedly recommend her. I recently had tooth number 8 extraction at Lek.Dent.Nina Załęska and I must say, it was a great experience. Dr Nina Załęska is very professional and made the extraction of my tooth quick and painless. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the office. My experience with er-dental shows that Dr. Drzymalska, unfortunately, is incapable of root canal treatment; the procedure should have taken at least four agonizing hours. Fortunately, I left after two. I likely won't get my money back. Drzymalska herself and the staff responsible for hiring her. An identical case at another dentist was resolved in 45 minutes without any additional problems. I definitely don't recommend her! The greatest advantages of the doctors I see are the high quality of the procedures and the effectiveness of the treatment, not the extremely long appointment times. Perhaps that's why we don't work well together. She didn't discuss the X-rays with me, aside from a grumpy comment, of course, which I remember. She wasn't even shown the X-rays, and even though I had them with me, that doesn't mean I'm proficient at reading them. So, an advantage is an advantage, but it wasn't present during your visit. Complications were indeed discussed. I don't remember the exact number, but you repeated several times that the first root canal treatment has a 90% success rate, and the second one even less. Furthermore, further treatment for a tooth drilled to the margins was discussed (insight – such a hole isn't necessarily an advantage unless someone has spare teeth). The additional costs you're incurring, and which you very cleverly shifted from your conscience to my responsibility, don't pertain to the re-endo at all, as you probably thought. They are closely related to your actions during the visit, namely, as I mentioned, drilling the tooth to the margins, which prevents it from being filled with the usual method and requires a prosthetic restoration. You, of course, informed me of this at the end of the visit. You could have tried to explain the advantages of making such a wide hole in the tooth, but to no avail, because, as it turned out, you didn't prepare a branch of one of the canals, even though the hole clearly allowed for it. The result of such negligence is recurring pain and the need for a second root canal treatment, which, of course, is more expensive than the first, as you probably know. I don't know what would have happened during the next two hours, which you clearly consider crucial, but you are the only one of three endodontists whose root canal treatment takes four hours, and the effectiveness is the worst. It may be quick and thorough; it's not an oxymoron. Unfortunately, the medical profession doesn't tolerate errors, and explaining to yourself and me that everything is fine doesn't change the outcome of your work – it failed. Especially since I, as a client, pay money to receive high-quality service, not a pretty description on a website. I recommend leaving further discussion for future patients, because I won't change my mind, especially after your attempts to justify it. I wish you the courage to admit your mistake, and I still don't recommend it.

Attention to every detail, procedures, thorough analysis of x-rays, discussing the treatment plan with the patient, explaining the course of treatment, possible complications, and further procedures. These actions naturally extend the duration of the appointment. The most important thing is to act in accordance with the rules of etiquette. The question is whether, as you suggest, root canal treatment can be performed under a microscope, with the protection of a rubber dam, and with thorough rinsing in 45 minutes. All dentists already know the answer to this question. You brought the additional costs on yourself by deciding to continue treatment at another office instead of with us for another visit – it would have been very beneficial. Please remember that in this situation, we cannot be responsible for the effects of interrupted treatment.
I remember the clinic from the previous owners. It was a different story, like everywhere else, but the way this place has changed is unbelievable. And everything has changed! It's a nice feeling, and unfortunately, not so common. And the doctors? I already have "my" favorites. I highly recommend Dr. Joanna Bogdańska. The way she engages in treatment and explains everything every step of the way is incredible. I like to know what's going on around me, and I got that, and more than enough. Great! And for anyone looking for a specialist in maxillofacial surgery, visit this place and make an appointment with Dr. Aleksandra Szantyr, who proved to me that tooth extraction can be performed very efficiently, even in a truly complex case, like mine.
