I highly recommend the clinic. I have a lot of trauma and fear of dental procedures, but the entire staff was incredibly understanding and kind and I never once felt like I was bothering them with my "hysteria" and they were very patient with me. The lady at the reception is really as nice as everyone here mentions.

Finally after years I found someone who does her job responsibly and professionally. Dr. Halyna Neporozhnia is great. She listens, advises, explains and shows you everything she did with the situation. The staff is nice, helpful. The only small disadvantage for a non-Prague person like me is that there is a problem with parking, but that has nothing to do with the clinic. For me 5⭐️

Overall my experience was good. I went for an emergency tooth extraction but they couldn’t do it so I was referred to an oral surgeon. There was some confusion at the beginning of my appointment as they thought I was coming in for a cleaning not an emergency extraction, so I ended up getting a cleaning I needed anyway. Overall a good experience.

Most people are afraid of going to the dentist, but I really recommend this clinic! The dentist and the nurses are all very kind and gentle.
