Excellent reception and good service from responsible professionals; certainly one of the best dental clinics in Piracicaba.
I had to redo two implants in two years of treatment. I do not recommend them. They have absolutely no respect for the client and show little concern in explaining what the new procedure should entail.

The incident involved a natural tooth that already had a crown and that presented a biological alteration over time, something that unfortunately can happen even with proper monitoring and that does not depend solely on the procedure performed. During the appointments, the case was evaluated, monitored, and explained, always seeking the best possible course of action. Even so, we understand that if at any point the communication did not provide the expected security and clarity, this is something we take very seriously. We tried to contact you to talk calmly and clarify everything in person, as we believe this is always the best way. We remain available to talk whenever you feel comfortable. Our commitment is to care, respect, and transparency in all relationships.

the treatment, discovering that the quote I made was simply ignored as if I hadn't gone to the clinic in person to resolve this, only for the person to tell me, after 6 months, that the day my quote was finalized (which was done 1 month after I went there in person, by phone, but according to the person who called me today I'm mistaken because she has screenshots, haha). So I decided to continue the treatment elsewhere. I asked numerous times by phone for a list of what I owe for the open procedures, but apparently they can't give me that over the phone, but redoing my quote is what they can do. It was ignored when I was there in person; it can be done without my signature or presence in the space, all very interesting. But anyway, the dentists are excellent.
