I found Dr. Alejandro's office through social media. I came for my consultation appointment and from that moment I knew I had made the right decision. The doctor recommended the treatment according to my needs, and the result definitely exceeded my expectations. His entire team is excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I am so happy with my new smile!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Torres and his team! I came in after a really bad procedure at another clinic that almost ruined my teeth, and they completely fixed it. I’m so happy with the results! I’m usually super nervous at the dentist, but everyone there was so kind and patient that I actually felt relaxed. Can’t recommend them enough!

response. I did receive some information, but that wasn't the purpose of my appointment. Update: I had left a 3-star review and given the doctor the benefit of the doubt, but this response leaves much to be desired. 1. They were never able to see my files because they never provided me with the email address to send them to, something I insisted on the day I paid for the appointment, and again half an hour before the appointment. 2. The fact that I'm going into such detail about my case here, when my review was quite general, speaks volumes about their professionalism and patient confidentiality.

I would have to wait several days, and even went so far as to say that 200,000 pesos was "trifles," as if my money and effort were worthless. His attitude was misogynistic, brazen, and disrespectful toward me as a woman; he appeared agitated and angry. Only because I stood up for myself and forced him did he agree to open the account and begin the refund process. If he hadn't, they would surely have stolen the money that, according to him, "is trifles." For the clinic owner to treat a patient this way demonstrates a complete lack of ethics, respect, and professionalism. I do not recommend this place and I deeply regret having had this experience. Here is my response to your comment below. I have been patient since the moment they received my money, and they cannot ignore that. I contacted them responsibly to coordinate appointments, and when the schedule didn't work for me, I requested a refund. That is normal and legitimate. I never questioned the refund processing time—which I know depends on the banks—what I complained about was the disrespectful, misogynistic, and arrogant way they responded to me. They claim I am "not patient" and that it was my fault for not understanding the schedules, when the reality is that the confusion came from their own team, who were incapable of providing clarity or solutions. Instead of acknowledging this, they try to blame me and discredit my opinion. That is not honesty; it is arrogance. The refund has not yet been processed, and in the meantime, the money remains withheld. Furthermore, the same doctor repeatedly told me that “200,000 pesos was nothing.” If it really wasn't, why not return it immediately? That contradiction makes it very clear: the problem isn't the banks, the problem is the lack of respect. And the worst part: anyone can go on Google and see that I'm not the only one. And it's worth clarifying that there are more than a few. Every time someone dares to express a different opinion, they receive the same arrogant response, with a desire to silence them rather than listen. That's the real issue: a doctor incapable of accepting criticism, who confuses authority with mistreatment and honesty with excuses. I'm sharing my experience not out of revenge, but because I know that anyone could have been in my shoes. I paid with confidence, I asked for clarity and respect, and I received the exact opposite: mistreatment, arrogance, and excuses. It's not fair that a patient has to endure humiliation for demanding what is rightfully theirs. I hope my experience helps others avoid the same thing and think twice before placing their trust—and their money—in someone who can't act ethically or humanely. I've attached a photo showing my lack of patience and the reason the doctor insulted me.

Your comment is invalid. First, you are not a patient because your availability hours did not coincide with the doctor's office hours, which caused him to waste time when he could have given it to a patient who needed it and would have benefited from being seen by a quality professional. It is reiterated that in the WA conversation, it was made clear that the refund would be issued. In addition to explaining the account registration and deposit times, as it was from a different financial institution than the one shared, there was no willingness or respect for the demand for a refund and for timescales that do not directly depend on our management or the guidelines of a financial institution. Like any business, there are refund times, and everything depends on the bank and its accounting management. Nothing is immediate, and the money deposited was not used for other purposes, as was disrespectfully insinuated. Regarding the negative comments mentioned, there are NOT several, there are two, and one of them is from someone who, like you, is NOT a patient. So, just because of two comments, our excellent service to ALL patients will not cease to exist. It is one among many more who truly know the excellent care the doctor provides. Likewise, everything is always received positively. The appropriate clarifications are made to each patient, and when a refund is issued, the same conditions that were provided are explained. In this entity, honesty prevails, and the effort made by paying is respected. If you cannot move forward, you will be reimbursed without hesitation. Your case is not the first, and no one has had a negative reaction due to not understanding that they must wait to receive a refund. Your comment will not overshadow our excellent treatment of all our patients. We wish you the best. Patience is a virtue of ethics and respect. It should be understood that each entity, and even third parties, manage specific timeframes for each case and not the immediacy of someone who had paid for a service but ultimately decided not to use it. They have NEVER been denied a refund. As soon as we receive a positive response regarding the registration and refund, we will inform you via WA, as previously indicated. Nothing requested has been blocked or denied.
I came to Dr. [Name]'s clinic through a coworker who had already had her teeth done there. The process was completed in record time, since I'm from abroad. Everything was excellent.
