She explained everything in detail, helped me overcome my fear, and is a very friendly and successful doctor. She successfully managed a difficult root canal treatment process, relieved my pain, and saved my tooth. It's a very clean clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and friendly staff. My father had an EMS cleaning done by Dr. Sena, and he said he has never had his teeth feel this clean before. He was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the overall care he received. Both my parents are extremely happy with their treatments, and without a doubt, they will return to Elitdent for any future dental needs. My first visit to the clinic was professional and friendly. The staff's cheerful and attentive attitude, and everything from oral hygiene to the quality of the materials used, was remarkable. were all 10/10. Of course, the most important part is the treatment itself; I have absolutely nothing negative to say. It was a process completed with minimal pain and within the timeframe initially stated. Because I'm now known in another city, I went to different dentists for follow-up, and they all agreed that the implants and crowns were very healthy and beautiful. I hope it doesn't happen, but if I ever need implants in the future, my address is now clear. Thank you to everyone involved, regards.

Mr. Hulusi, first of all, thank you for taking the time to write your review. First, let us state that we do not accept upfront payments at our clinic, especially not for a patient whose examination and X-rays have not yet been reviewed. As you mentioned during our phone call, we were given a price for tartar removal. However, upon your arrival at our clinic, the X-rays and oral examination revealed a gum infection and bone loss, and we informed you of this. We also informed you that you needed not only tartar removal but also periodontal treatment. Subsequently, we administered anesthesia to all areas – which is not routine in a normal tartar removal – and completed your treatment using our specialized gum treatment device (EMS system). We also informed you that our cleaning device is different from the one used in normal cleaning procedures and that it performs the necessary gum disinfection for you. Additionally, because we provided you with a normal tartar removal beforehand, we applied a significant discount to the difference in price you paid for this procedure, which is normally more expensive. We are saddened that you gave us only one star despite being satisfied with the cleanliness and the service we provided. Furthermore, we cannot understand why you, as a Turkish citizen, do not specifically recommend our clinic to foreign patients. To provide additional information, there is no discrimination in our treatment prices; all citizens of the world are treated in our country with the same ethical standards, professionalism, goodwill, and prices. Your invoice for the procedure has been sent to you. We wish you good health.
I came for the treatment I'd been putting off for so long, and I'm so glad I did. Both my doctor and the team were very professional and attentive. I had no worries during the procedure. The clinic is extremely hygienic and organized. From now on, this will be my only address for dental care.
