Even though we agreed on 10 thousand for the upper palate, 15 thousand was taken from my wife without being told, how disgraceful these people are, they write 5-10 thousand and withdraw it as they wish without informing us, even though you had agreed on the price before... Hello. It is true that we agreed on a price of 10,000 Turkish Lira for total dental prosthesis treatment. However, since the decision to undergo treatment was made 7 months after this agreement, prices have increased, as is the case in all sectors. Therefore, it is normal to request 15,000 Turkish Lira from you. The claim that payment was taken without the patient's knowledge is also incorrect. How can a payment made by credit card, requiring a PIN, be taken without the cardholder's knowledge? Moreover, this situation was explained to the patient. If you check the list price of total dental prosthesis against the minimum fee schedule for dentists, it is quite clear that the price is 15,000 Turkish Lira.
