This clinic is extremely successful in chin tip genioplasty surgeries and smile design. They are very sterile, and every piece of equipment used is very technological and advanced. The doctors are very effective in their work. You can choose them with confidence.

My implant surgery and jaw surgery were performed by Dr. Tansu. The result was very successful. None of the doctors I had seen before could solve my jaw asymmetry problem. They had avoided surgery. During our initial consultation, she mentioned that I clench my teeth excessively, and that this caused muscle tension in my cheeks, suggesting masseter Botox. I had that procedure done two weeks after the surgery, and I saw the difference after a while. I'm now coming back for my second masseter Botox treatment, and I have no intention of leaving her as long as she remains in her profession. forehead, the outer corners of my eyes, and very close to my tear ducts – areas close to my eye blood vessels – and this procedure was performed despite my objections. Furthermore, it was much more painful than treatments I've had elsewhere, and I suspect the size of the needle used. As of November 10th, four days after the procedure, I experienced a noticeable drooping of my eyelids and significant focusing and vision problems in my left eye. Almost two months have passed, and there has been no improvement in my vision. During this process, I consulted two different ophthalmologists – one at Dünya Göz Hospital and the other at a private practice with a professor – regarding my vision problems, dry eyes, and difficulty focusing. Both doctors stated that I had paralysis in my eye muscles, and that the muscles controlling eye movements had lost their function. Beyond the fact that I can't move the upper part of my face at all due to the Botox, and that my eyelids are noticeably drooping and look much worse than before, the vision impairment is also hindering my daily life and work. While Ms. Tansu may be a good dentist, I have serious doubts about her expertise in Botox application. Despite her confident demeanor, she ignored my requests during the procedure, saying "trust me," but the result was disappointing in every way. I must say that communication was also careless. At my first check-up due to my drooping eyelids and vision problems, they said they used Dysport brand medication. Later, when I asked for a photo of the medication because of my vision problems, they sent me a photo of Allergan brand Botox via WhatsApp. Despite asking again why they had mentioned a different medication the first day, they didn't respond for several days before confirming the Dysport brand. This contradictory information regarding both the application area and the product used has severely undermined my trust in the face of my discomfort and health problems. It's not a professional approach at all. As a result of a Botox procedure I only underwent to get rid of my expression lines, I am now experiencing a worse facial appearance and a vision impairment that I fear may be permanent. Despite this, the doctor who performed the procedure has not provided a satisfactory explanation for my situation and is avoiding taking any responsibility. I demand that this health problem and the injustice I have experienced be taken seriously, that the process be clarified, and that the necessary responsibility be taken regarding the harm I have suffered.

Dysport was used in your application. During the messaging, there was a brief misunderstanding regarding the visual sharing because Allergan is the most frequently used product in our clinic; subsequently, it was clearly communicated to you that Dysport was used. Although the dose and technique are the same in botulinum toxin applications, results can vary due to individual anatomical differences, muscle structure, and tissue responses. Eyelid drooping and similar effects are known, rare, and completely temporary complications of Botox applications. In such cases, the effects gradually subside within the product's duration of effect and do not leave permanent damage. It is important that your ophthalmologist has also provided you with the necessary information and reassuring explanations regarding this matter.
