I had a bichectomy with Tansu Hanım, and I'm very happy with the results. I'm currently in my sixth month and I'm so glad I had it done.

n about the complications during and after the surgery and to schedule a follow-up appointment (I'm out of the office), your slow responses to messages, and despite knowing there were problems (I followed everything the doctor said, and even performed a masseter at the same time to get the results I wanted), you never called to ask if everything was okay regarding the process or the follow-up appointment. Result: As I entered my sixth month after the procedure, due to the removal of more fat from the right side than the left (even though you denied this yourself during the procedure), I have a completely sunken cheek on the right, and a very slight sunken cheek on the left, almost unnoticeable. There's no symmetrical or slimmed-down face at all. There's also a stitch sewn into the right cheek like a patch; a piece of flesh keeps coming between my teeth. On the left side, there's a stitch that's much higher than the right, perhaps because it's too high, like a patch, and it's not noticeable. All of this was shared beautifully with your assistant. I also shared my impressions from my first check-up with Dr. Hanım. You said 6 months was too early, so I waited. Nothing changed or settled over time. I was completely taken in by the before-and-after photos on Instagram. When I went for my first check-up, the inequalities were noticeable even then, so I asked if I could send my pre-procedure photo and the photo you took today, but they said, "Of course, we'll send you that." When I said, "My right cheek was normally thinner than the left, even though I told you this before the procedure, you said you removed more fat from the right side than the left, and my right cheek has sunken even more than the left." You replied, "No, I didn't say that. I said I removed more fat from the left side. Our cameras record audio, and we'll share it with you if necessary." When I said, "Okay, share it. I'm sure of what I heard," neither the footage was shared, nor was there any constructive response along the lines of, "We examined it, yes, we removed more fat from the thinner right cheek. Let some time pass, let the face settle. Please come back for a follow-up, and we'll see if there's any remaining inequality." Also, other doctors normally note the amount of fat removed from each cheek in the patient's chart, but you said they didn't. The sad thing is, after such an aesthetically significant procedure, there's a patient unhappy with the results, and a completely disinterested, silent surgeon and his team. Very, very, very sad.

A very cute little salon near the Galata Tower. We contacted them on Instagram and were able to get an appointment for the next day right away. We had two pedicures, and Orkide did a fantastic job! I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable; we paid 1770 TL for two pedicures with gel polish, and my friend had her old gel polish removed. I highly recommend it!

I went to see Dr. Hanım for a bichectomy on August 6th. It's been about 4 days, and I haven't had any bleeding or infection; it's as if I never had surgery. Three days ago, I contacted them by phone and asked if they could perform a cosmetic filling on my slightly cracked crown. After receiving approval, I visited the clinic the same day. The 4,500 lira I paid for a three-day aesthetic look was simply not worth it. I know these fillings are not durable and carry a risk of fracture, but this process shouldn't have taken three days. Furthermore, when I got home, I realized that while she was adjusting the filling on tooth #2 with a rubber band, she had also damaged tooth #1. So, not only did I lose 4,500₺, but I now have another tooth that needs a filling. Since I'm not in Istanbul, I don't have the opportunity to visit the clinic again. I'm not happy with the result.
