The teeth cleaning service at this clinic is of a basic standard. In 2021, dentist Zoe recommended a teeth cleaning machine to me for RM259. This teeth cleaning machine isn't used very often and cost several hundred ringgit, yet they refuse to repair it after only a few uses and don't provide good service to customers. I think this is terrible service! When I bought it, they said to take it back if there was a problem, but when I actually took it back, they said, "We no longer cooperate with this supplier, customers have to handle it themselves." The supplier's response was, "We don't repair our products; if it breaks after a year, just buy a new one!" As a buyer, I trusted the dentist's recommendation and the after-sales service; otherwise, why would I pay a higher price? Making money and then leaving customers to solve problems themselves—I really don't like this kind of service. There are many other dental clinics out there, not just yours. I won't go to that clinic again. I also advise everyone not to buy any products from that clinic; buying them online is just as effective. The teeth cleaning service at this clinic is basic at best. This teeth cleaning machine, which I rarely used and cost a few hundred ringgits, broke down after just a few uses. They won’t repair it, nor do they provide good service to resolve the customer’s issue. responded by saying, “We don’t offer repairs for our products. If it breaks after a year, just buy a new one!” As a buyer, I trusted the recommendation and after-sales service of this dentist. Otherwise, why would I have spent more to buy it? It’s disappointing that after taking my money, they expect the customer to solve the problem themselves. I really dislike this kind of service. products, there’s no need to buy from here—you might as well purchase it online.

The service was excellent, and I felt like the doctor wasn't pushing me around. Dr. Zoe was professional, and her attentive explanations and advice were reassuring. The nurses were polite, and overall, I was positive. I would recommend this place to my friends.

This clinic really made my day. I had this un-easy sakit feeling on my right jaw. I tought it was a baby teeth coming out but nooo.. i am stress. 😅 so the doc just advice to eat smooth food.
