I think it's normal to ask about the price before a procedure or consultation. From the start, I already understood the estimated cost of braces based on information from other clinics and friends. However, regarding price sensitivity, which may not be readily communicated, I believe there's a more appropriate way to communicate that the price information on-site is sensitive, without giving the impression of making assumptions about the prospective patient's financial situation. The quality of the doctors here may be good, but it's important to remember that the choice of clinics in Surabaya isn't limited to just one location. It's a shame if excellent expertise isn't matched by friendly and professional communication. I was initially a prospective patient ready to take immediate action, but this experience has made me reconsider. Hopefully, this will be addressed for future improvements.
The place is just okay, small. The doctor is indifferent and lacks communication. He doesn't communicate or educate us about what to do after the procedure. It's terrible. l refer us to a friend. The price is very expensive. I don't recommend it. The treatment here is targeted, for example, after one year. Even if it's not perfect, they say it's perfect, it's okay, etc. Very disappointed. I regret it because I paid for expensive braces, and it's already painful. It turns out the treatment wasn't complete. In the end, I went back to another doctor.

to have their teeth extracted right away. I waited months for the progress to be made, only to have my two upper teeth extracted because they were overlapping. The results are amazing, I cried 😭 I deliberately delayed getting them removed because I wasn't confident without braces.
