UNCOOPERATIVE. NEVER KEEPING CONTROL SCHEDULES. IN A YEAR ONLY TWO CONTROLS, NOT MAINTAINING EATING, MOST OF THE BRACES ARE REMOVED, DOES NOT MAINTAIN ORAL HYGIENE AND HAS DIRTY TEETH. AT THE BEGINNING OF TREATMENT, THE TREATMENT PLAN WAS EXPLAINED IN DETAIL, BUT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HAS BEEN EXPLAINED.
