The service and quality are beyond excellent. The office is fully equipped, and the atmosphere is lovely and exceptionally clean. The location is very safe and easily accessible by all forms of transportation. For these and many other reasons, this place is highly recommended.

started with a dental cleaning, and then I received a detailed quote for the work I needed , fillings, veneers, and even a bone graft for a future implant. Over the course of the week, I had multiple appointments and every visit was amazing. All my cavities were filled, the surgery went great, and my veneers turned out better than I could have imagined. I used to feel self-conscious about my smile , now I’m genuinely happy with it. The prices were very fair, and the level of care was outstanding. They checked in on me often via calls and texts, answered all my questions, and made me feel totally supported. If you don’t speak Spanish, no worries , Isabella is part of the team and translated for me throughout the entire process. She’s incredibly sweet and helpful. Chris also made everything clear from day one, explaining the procedures, payment options, and package deals (including airport pickup and hotel arrangements). What really made the experience special was the personal touch , I even went out in Cali with Dr. Sara, Chris, and Isabella. They showed me around the city and shared traditional Colombian food. By the end of the week, I didn’t feel like a customer , I felt like a friend, even like family. A lot of people come to Colombia for veneers, but I’ll be coming back for everything , even cleanings. Dr. Sara is now my only dentist. I truly can’t recommend her and her team enough.

I love Dr. Zapata's professionalism. Before performing the procedure, she explains each step. She provides personalized guidance, which makes me feel very confident. The material she initially used for my design was wonderful because I had no problems. But we decided to switch to ceramic, and I wouldn't change it for anything. They look much more natural.
