Rude and uninformed secretary, terrible service, and she even cancels appointments at the last minute.
They cancelled my appointment after confirmation and with less than 24 hours' notice. When I requested a new date, they didn't respond; this was at 4 PM, not even the end of their shift. A total lack of consideration and respect.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a restoration (a service advertised as provided by the professional) and was informed that she only performs cleanings. I found this very strange and limited. I do not recommend her.
