Despite the presence of another doctor, Fabio rightly preferred not to have the consultation with someone other than the one he had chosen and with whom he had an appointment. He was given several excuses (commitments, protocol, illness), but he was not notified in advance, neither upon arrival nor before payment. Considering the time, the trip, and the cost, the situation was particularly unpleasant and disrespectful. Finally, they offered him a new appointment. I hope the doctor is present this time and that the same situation doesn't repeat itself. I feel disappointed and bewildered; this is not proper treatment of customers.
For me personally, this is the first time I've had such a positive and satisfying experience with a dental procedure. Dr. Sabrinsky is proof that if you prepare and do things with care, the results are rewarding. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel the warmth of her staff and the confidence that you're in good hands. 200% recommended.

The worst dentist in the world. She charged me an exorbitant price, never actually treated me, only during the initial consultation. After that, I was seen by some trainees who work in her office. From the beginning of your consultation, we explained that you arrived with previous work done elsewhere: poorly fitted veneers and crowns in an unnatural color (chalk white), which is why you expressed your dissatisfaction. Following your request, we only replaced two crowns on your molars, achieving a functional, aesthetic, and harmonious result that blends seamlessly with the prostheses you already had on your front teeth. Regarding your comment about "apprentices," we would like to clarify that our team is comprised of specialists with master's degrees and extensive clinical experience, who work under recognized quality protocols. Regarding the discomfort in your palate, we simply applied a standard local anesthetic, which may cause a slight, momentary sting, something completely normal in dentistry. We strive in every case to offer ethical and excellent service, always respecting our patients' decisions. We regret that your review does not reflect what actually took place, and we reiterate that we remain available to those seeking serious, safe, and high-quality dental treatment.
