I went to another dentist, who discovered the cause and, in addition, said my tooth was still a little high, which he adjusted. All appointments at the office are recorded in a digital medical record, reviewed, and signed by the patient at the end of each and every procedure. We also follow a post-procedure follow-up protocol in case the patient experiences any discomfort or has any questions after the appointment. During your treatment, a review was necessary because you reported complaints. As I am on leave, Dr. Samira continued to monitor your case. To ensure the best care, we recorded everything with x-rays and photographs in your medical record. After adjusting the tooth in question, we requested a CT scan, ensuring that everything was done with the utmost care and with all available information. We contacted you via WhatsApp last Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, following our post-procedure protocol to check on your well-being, but we haven't received a response. Since you are now being followed by another dentist, I am available to send your medical records and provide any information they may need; just call or message me.
