The best experience I've ever had going to the dentist. Dr. Mavely made all my fears about going to a dental appointment disappear. She's very professional and patient, everything is very clean, and all the staff are very friendly. If you want to have the best experience and for your treatment to go well, go to this place.

It's a rip off, they charged me for a root canal which they never did, they charged me the appointment before I even saw her. Then they told me that I had to be referred to a specialist which was completely bogus, another dentist did the root canal without having to see a specialist.

Mr. Victor, we appreciate your review and apologize for the inconvenience. However, we are not fraudulent. We are honest, and our treatments support our goal. In your first appointment, you had a one-hour consultation with the specialist, and we explained your general problem, primarily the molar where you were experiencing pain and your reason for the consultation. In the second hour and a half, your molar was treated with a root canal, which left you with temporary medication. You were told you had to return to complete the treatment at a second appointment. You called us and canceled that second appointment, saying you had completed the treatment in Tecate, despite us giving you a plan that you accepted and signed. We also explained that you needed crown lengthening because your cavity was at bone level. That's why we made an appointment for you with the periodontist. We understand that you have reasons for not wanting or being able to continue, and we greatly respect them. However, we are not responsible for you changing dentists mid-treatment, as we do not issue refunds for treatments that have already begun. We guarantee our work, and for that reason, in certain cases, endodontic treatments cannot be completed in a first appointment. We also work closely with other specialists who help us maintain the quality and guarantee of our treatments, which may be another reason why quotes and appointments are not available to everyone. That's why we offer treatment and payment plans so our patients can complete their treatments and are aware of the commitment this entails between dentist and patient. In any case, if you decide, we can serve you in the future. Thank you very much.
