She was very attentive and kind. She explained everything about the procedure (what it is, how it works, how long it lasts, etc.) clearly, answered all my questions, and gave recommendations. I felt safe and confident as a professional, and the procedure I had was so smooth that I even dozed off at some points 😴 I literally recommend her without hesitation 😂

Excellent service! Dr. Jercilene is constantly asking if we are in pain or not, showing great care when performing procedures and always thinking about our well-being. Even when she is not the one performing the procedure, she follows up and checks if everything is okay. I highly recommend her.
