the doctor, and once the service is agreed upon, she creates the treatment plan. Shortly after, when the aligners arrive, you go to the clinic to pick them up and start using them... I started using them at the beginning of October, and by the beginning of December I'm already feeling a significant difference in my treatment. For now, I highly recommend it!
