Good morning Yulianf b CDMA Martínez, During the consultation, a physical restraint method approved by the Costa Rican, Latin American, and American Academies of Pediatric Dentistry was used with prior authorization from the parents or guardians. This method is indicated for patients with uncooperative behavior due to their age or dental pain, and to prevent accidents or dental/general injuries caused by movement. It allows us to complete the required treatment, prioritizing the patient's safety and ensuring its safe completion. We are here to serve you. For any questions, please call 4702-4351. Unprofessional. They canceled my daughter's appointment twice. Last minute. If it's urgent, it's better to find another place.

We understand your frustration; however, as we mentioned to you by phone, the doctor was involved in a traffic accident at the end of February, and her medical leave has been extended due to the severity of her injuries. For this reason, we regret to inform you that previously scheduled appointments have been rescheduled. We are pleased to announce that starting this Monday, March 11th, we will resume our normal hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
