For more than 15 years, Dr. Nedyalkova has been maintaining my oral cavity. I am very satisfied with everything in the office, I have received very important advice, everyone is kind and responsive.
This was a horror. Don't go there or don't ask about hygiene! I went for an appointment with dentist Shutilova. It started with her taking 2 consecutive x-rays because the first was unsuccessful. She also didn't provide thyroid protector during the 2 x-rays, the nurse only covered my body. Then, I did something "bad" - I asked for the cleanliness of the anti-saliva utensils she and the nurse…

were putting in my mouth. The dentist told me they clean them only when the nurse feels like it. This was obviously sarcasm. Then, while working on my tooth she started to harass me by throwing used cotton and her tools over my chest. I complained and she started raising her voice. Of course, I had to keep it quiet because she was messing with my tooth. I am sure you understand that I won't got there again. And I even had to pay a relatively high price.

Kindly note that following your emergency call we booked you in at the end of the working day and the team who assisted you was happy to stay for as long as needed in order to perform the necessary dental manipulations in a timely and professional manner. Kindly accept our apologies if the comments of our colleague regarding the sterility of the used dental tools has been deemed inappropriate. Please note that for the past 20 years the dental industry across the world has been using single-use sanitary suction devices, which are also utilised in our clinics. Regarding your X-ray, please note that in most cases the reason for unsuccessful or blurry X-ray pictures is that patients move while the picture is being taken. Even the slightest motion may cause blurry images, which cannot be used in diagnostics. Last but not least, kindly note that the dental tools used for the manipulations are placed on a sterile dental bib, specifically designed for the purpose of assisting the dentist by providing a clean surface for temporary placement of tools. This modus operandi is necessitated by the fact that for the past 15 years, patients have been treated in a horizontal position (which means they literally lay on the dental bed as opposed to sitting) to ensure an ergonomic manual operation. We do hope that the treatment was successful and we will be delighted to welcome you again in one of our clinics.
I am extremely satisfied with the attitude and care of Dr. Nedyalkova's team. Less than a month ago, she diligently and professionally performed the necessary manipulations to place an implant and now I am very satisfied with my condition. The team consists of experienced and highly qualified dentists and nurses. They are all great specialists. They have a very professional attitude, combined with an individual approach to each patient.
Excellent professionals, correct and precise. They also provide specific periodontal treatment, which you will hardly find anywhere else. I highly recommend!
