I started my adventure at this clinic in June, and I must say, I was amazed! The staff was top-notch, from the front desk, doctors, technicians, and housekeeping—in short, EVERYONE! They were always there to answer my questions and concerns. Ultimately, what can I say? I was super satisfied with the work they did! I highly recommend it.
I discovered this clinic on Facebook and when I came here to Albania I thought I would have a bad time but it wasn't like that, I had a great time, the staff was wonderful and it's an excellent job, thank you

ts of the last TWO summers lost due to the procedures I had to undergo at the clinic in Tirana. In August 2024, I had to interrupt my vacation due to a fractured upper arch and the loss of two incisors. This was unheard of, given the guarantees! I contacted the support team (Dr. Eda), who invited me to come to the clinic to investigate the cause. In short, after a week in Tirana, my entire arch was replaced. I asked to speak with Dr. Zhuka, for direct explanations, was told she was on vacation. I was responsible for all travel and accommodation costs. In August of this year, I had another problem! The new arch, while still intact, had fallen off on one side and remained hanging in my mouth, held in place by two screws. I contacted Dr. Eda again, informing her of the problem. Given the seriousness of the situation and the fact that it was almost mid-August, she assured me that they would resolve the issue in three or four days. My arrival was a good sign that the situation would be complicated! Despite being expected on an evening flight (I had sent copies of my flight tickets in advance, as always), I couldn't find the driver at the airport. After several contacts with Dr. Eda and her assistant, Ms. Creola, I realized that they had "forgotten" to pick me up, as had always happened on previous occasions, so I called a taxi on my own and had them take me to a hotel for the night. The shameful welcome I received the next morning at the clinic is unspeakable. As is the lack of assistance to resolve the problem. After the examination to check the condition of the arch and the three-day wait between the waiting room and the Bar Venezia, located 100 meters from the clinic, I was told it would take another four or five days to have the new arch made. I repeated my request to speak with Dr. Zhuka, but Dr. Eda flatly refused, confirming that all expenses for my stay in Tirana would be my responsibility. Due to family issues, I had to leave Tirana and return home due to prior commitments. And after reaching an agreement with Dr. Eda, I returned to Tirana the following week. Despite encountering a hostile and even rude environment (particularly from the Creole front-line assistant), after five days I was fitted with a new archwire, which to this day (after three months) hasn't caused any problems... and I hope it lasts a few years. As I told and wrote to Dr. Eda, the care manager at Dr. Zhuka's clinic, I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT WAITING ROOM AGAIN if any other problems arise, but will turn to a clinic in Italy. The thing that most disappointed me was that Dr. Zhuka, whom I held in immense esteem, refused to personally explain the misdeed to me, including the disgraceful behavior I received from the front-line staff. I conclude by reminding Dr. Eda that while contractually, any check-ups requested by clients are their responsibility, it's also true that any work under warranty due to clinic errors must be your responsibility. However, in the SEVEN trips I was forced to make (three in 2023 to complete the work and four for work caused by the aforementioned problems), in addition to the cost of performing the agreed-upon work, I shouldered the significant sum of €5,000 for the aforementioned warranty work.
