Terrible experience. I went seeking specialized care for TMJ disorders, and the dentist didn't even have the courage to get up from his chair to perform a clinical examination of the temporomandibular joints! If he's disgusted by performing a clinical examination on a patient, he could at least use gloves; that's what they're for!
