staff members came across the street from their practice with a wheelchair ready to help. Shortly after he arrived the man regained consciousness. This man was not a patient of Dr Ever's, but he truly demonstrated he cares for all, his patient or not. Thank you Dr Ever for helping this man travelling alone get to the border crossing safely where he could get additional help. You truly demonstrate the best of humanity.

, straightforward with pricing, and clear about expectations. They exceeded mine. I was assigned to Dr. Ever (DDS). He was compassionate, thorough, and honest in his evaluation and recommendations. Without knowing my history, he independently confirmed what my Arizona dentist had already told me, which gave me real confidence in his ethics and professionalism. I also needed a root canal retreatment and was treated by Dr. Lara (endodontist). He was excellent—very thorough, took multiple X-rays during the procedure, and explained exactly what he did. Now the reason for this review—and a warning based on my personal experience in Los Algodones: In 2018 I went to Gator Dental and saw Dr. Carlos (kind and personable; he sadly passed away in early 2026). Because he wasn’t an implant specialist, he brought in Dr. Marcos. I was naïve at the time. Seven years later that 2018 implant still has slight movement. In May 2025 I returned to Gator Dental for three more implants and asked about the movement. Dr. Marcos dismissed it as “gingivitis.” He then placed the three implants, but his approach felt unusually casual (joking about how fast he works while doing the procedure). About a week later, one implant started coming out—I could push it back down with my tongue. My Chandler dentist had to remove it and do a bone graft, explaining the implant site wasn’t able to properly hold the implant. After months of healing and follow-up imaging, my local dentist said the remaining implants were failing too. On January 20, 2026, the healing cap on the upper implant came out and the screw literally fell into my mouth (fortunately I didn’t swallow it). At that point I knew I would not return to Dr. Marcos. I researched other offices and found Dr. Parra Implant Center (their ratings are earned). My treatment is still in progress, but the difference so far is night-and-day: more careful evaluation, clearer communication, and a much more professional, ethical standard of care. The only positive thing I can say about Gator Dental is their office manager, Rosie—she’s a caring person with good intentions. Bottom line: choose Dr. Parra Implant Center. And based on my experience, I would avoid implant work with Dr. Marcos.

I had the good fortune, as does everyone who goes to the implant center of having a team of experts that participated in the process of giving me perfect teeth. Dr. Gemma who participated in my care was reassuring and superb in her skill. Dalila, the dental assistant, was also with me every step of the way and I was at ease in her care. My experience of working the front desk for of several Doctor's offices allows me the privilege of saying Melina is the best of handling the numerous tasks required of her position. Having functional teeth that are also beautiful is a life changing experience. Besides enjoying foods I could not previously eat, I have never received so many compliments on my smile as I do with my new implants. Every person I mention and everyone I encountered in Dr. Parra's office contributed to an entirely positive experience. During this whole process Dr. Garcia reassured me that this was a work in progress and that he would not release me until I was completely happy with their work. I started this process on August 22, 2024 and returned to Mexico on May 28, 2025 to receive my permanent implants. Regarding the cost of the implants, the Parra Implant Center allowed me to pay half upfront and pay the other half when I came in for my permanents. The staff worked with me and allowed me to name my return date to give me time to raise more money for the payoff. I am very very pleased with my implants, and because of their great work I now have reason to smile again. I highly recommend the Parra Implant Center for any of your dental needs Ryan McKinley
