Furthermore, the fat transplant to my face yielded no noticeable results whatsoever. It is deeply frustrating to have paid a hefty sum of $8350 only to be left with subpar outcomes and no improvement in the targeted area. Adding insult to injury, just ten days after the surgery, Dr. Osman Tan attempted to upsell me on fillers for my face, demanding an additional $200 on top of the already exorbitant amount we had paid. This opportunistic behavior, coupled with the clinic’s policy of charging an extra 25% if paying by credit card, only served to further undermine my trust in their professionalism and ethics. To make matters worse, the front office staff exhibited highly unprofessional behavior throughout my interactions. Their disrespectful demeanor and lack of empathy were nothing short of outrageous. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, particularly when dealing with a medical establishment that should prioritize patient care and satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Dr. Osman Tan clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. The dissatisfactory results, the attempt to extract more money for additional procedures, and the unprofessional behavior of the front office staff have left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. I strongly advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative options before entrusting their well-being and hard-earned money to this clinic. He charged us $8300 for fake surgery.
What I was looking for was quality service as well as friendly and respectful service. All of them are at the highest level. There is no waiting in line. It is a very spacious and beautiful environment. I definitely recommend it.
I feel obliged to write this review out of my satisfaction. I've had lip fillers done numerous times at various places before, and they all dissolved like water within a month. It's been seven months since I had the fillers done here, and the effects are still lasting. I plan to go back soon. Osman Bey is truly attentive and meticulous in his work.

encountered such a situation; the professionalism is zero. If he had politely asked, I would have removed the review, but never like this. The doctor responded, so let me answer. The examination lasted 5 minutes, maybe less, not 30. Because he didn't offer/couldn't offer a solution. Botox isn't a solution. Medically, not considering filler a solution doesn't make sense. It's illogical that when there's such an obvious problem, medically speaking, it doesn't mean anything. Okay, I'm not a doctor, but don't I have eyes? As I said again, if he had approached me constructively when he called, I would have already deleted this review. He also said he's going to report me to cybercrime; apparently, writing reviews is a crime now. The reason I went to another doctor was because he was a doctor we knew. Also, you're a cosmetic surgeon, so I wouldn't expect you to nitpick like some guy sitting in a coffee shop playing cards, thinking "it's nothing." Even millimeters affect the appearance of the face. I think it all starts with admitting the mistake. I thought about it a bit, wondering if I should give a low rating. But I can still give 2 stars. And I won't even give that because of today's conversation.

Mr. Özgür, we had a consultation yesterday lasting approximately 30 minutes, during which I charged absolutely nothing. Previously, when I suggested filler treatment for your upper eyelid, no procedure had yet been performed. You stated that you had undergone filler treatment a year ago and were not satisfied with the results. I explained to you that filler would not be beneficial in your current situation and that the procedure would not provide any advantage. (I could have acted like a merchant and tried to take your money instead of being honest with you as a doctor.) As a solution, I suggested Botox injections that might provide some benefit. Throughout this process, I did not say anything that would offend or dismiss you. Unfortunately, you deemed it appropriate to give me one star because I didn't fulfill your request (a completely medically meaningless request) despite my good intentions and efforts to protect your health. When I called you today to ask why, you stated that I deserved this. As I said on the phone, I do not forgive you for the time I spent on you, my medical efforts to protect you, and my kindness.
