Nilay is an extremely kind and caring dentist. I went to her for a rather challenging root canal treatment at the recommendation of another dentist. I was extremely pleased with the treatment and recommend her for all types of dental work. Her office is clean and modern. The materials she uses are high-quality, and the fillings are long-lasting.
This doctor saved my tooth, which had previously undergone root canal treatment and retreatment three times, yet developed a lesion, had its treatment postponed due to the pandemic, and whose root, tissue, and bone had eroded. the root canal and crown of my existing crowned tooth. She is a wonderful person with incredible patience, care, expertise, and energy. I gained both a dentist and a friend in Izmir. From now on, I will come to my dear doctor, Dr. Nilay, from Istanbul for my dental checkups. Those living in Izmir shouldn't even consider other dentists.
Ms. Nilay performed a second root canal treatment on my tooth, which had previously been deemed necessary for extraction. I was pleased with the results. She was light-handed and attentive, and other than the length of the procedure (which may have been due to my dental problems), there was nothing bothering me. You can go with peace of mind.

I went to see Nilay on January 29, 2021, on the recommendation of another dentist. She started the root canal treatment without even asking any questions, speaking to me properly, or listening. she simply told me what medications I needed and hurried away. The assistant demanded 3000 TL from me (the cost of a single root canal was 1500 TL - one tooth was done, the other was injected, and it would be completed in the next session). I gave her the cash I had with me and said I'd pay the rest by EFT, and was instructed to write "other" in the description :) It's an expensive, uncaring clinic, and you'd only go to if you wanted to freeze. She's an impatient doctor who rolled her eyes and even scolded her assistant during the treatment because she couldn't hear/understand her (due to the double mask and face shield). Perhaps she was just having a bad day... It's true that she was humming a song, but she definitely wasn't singing it to calm you down.
