I have been visiting Dr. Nikolov's clinic for several years now. I am extremely satisfied with all the services he offers. I always rely on him and his team when it comes to taking care of my teeth. The attitude of both him and his entire team is impeccable. I recommend it with both hands!! The best clinic in Sofia!

I came here with two of my front teeth broken in half, and they managed to fix it beautifully within 3 days and two appointments. Everything was explained clearly by both the dentist and the dental nurse and you can tell they have genuine passion and care in dentistry. Very knowledgeable people, I felt incredibly secure and safe in their capable hands. Highly recommend.

I am disappointed! The dentist who continued the treatment was amazed by your temporary filling, stuffed and jammed between the teeth. Part of it, the size of a tooth, was pulled out of the gum, which was inflamed and injured, and the two neighboring teeth were traumatized. The killer prices deserve more diligence and attention.

I called urgently, with terrible pain and 2 hours of medication. I couldn't find the address at all, a girl answered me, who told me that the doctor doesn't take urgent care. And so many comments that he takes urgent care. Lies. And what kind of doctor do you have to be if you don't help a person in pain. I'm sorry. Dissatisfied!!!!

Hello, We are sorry that we were unable to fit you into our busy schedule today, but I would like to point out that the clinic has over 8,000 patients and we only work by appointment. Whenever we have the opportunity, we have accepted emergency patients, even if they do not have an appointment. However, in your case, the only way to fit you into the schedule was to ignore our patient, who had made an appointment with the expectation that we would give him the necessary time and that he would receive the highest quality service. It is absolutely unacceptable for us to compromise in our work and thus harm patients for any reason. It may sound inhumane that we were unable to accept you today, but we ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY CENTER. I think it is absolutely unjustified to write a negative review about us, provided that you have not even inquired about our services. We wish you success and a nice weekend!
