Not accepting transfer patients even though there is a cover letter

For patients undergoing orthodontic transfer, it is our clinic's policy not to continue treatment with another doctor. This is due to the responsibility for completing the case. This can be treated with re-insertion, so the responsibility for completion rests with our clinic. Thank you for your understanding. ๐๐
Went there and had 3 fillings done while my gf did teeth whitening. Price wise definitely affordable as compared to the price in SG. Service is excellent. The receptionist is polite and professional in answering to our questions via phone or in person while the dentists as well as the assistants were very professional yet friendly and ensure that our visit was as pleasant as possible. Thank you!

Poor service, higher prices than other dental clinics, and mediocre dentist skills. I really regret having my teeth done there :(

Hi Herman, if there's anything you're not satisfied with, please let me know so I can provide you with better service. After searching in January, I found no patients named Herman at my clinic. Each clinic has its own pricing policies, tailored to its target market segment. It's impossible for me to serve all patients at the price they desire.
