Terrible place. The building was very neglected and dirty from the start. I arrived at reception, and after chatting and playing around for a while, they finally decided to see me. They made me wait, first saying my appointment was later and the doctor was busy, and then, after making me wait, they canceled my appointment and told me to reschedule. Awful service.

Hello Dr. David, I want to apologize for the misunderstanding at reception. Your appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 6:30 pm, but the clinic uses two separate schedules because we have two different teams. The mistake was made by someone who isn't on my team when they told you that you weren't scheduled, and I completely understand your frustration. My assistant had already taken your information and we were preparing everything to see you on time when we were notified that you had already left.
