I had the greatest experience ever, really welcoming nice people . Very modern office with an amazing view. My new smile is exactly what I wanted for a great price . I recommend DR. Miguel angel Muñoz to anyone going to Colombia to get work done on there teeth hands down the best in Cali, Colombia.

I am so grateful. I am a 57-year-old woman, and one of my biggest fears was dentistry, but the trust, patience, and care I have received from this team of dentists and assistants has allowed me to say that I have overcome it. I am continuing with my treatment, and the best part is the results. They are definitely the best.
From the moment I arrived at the clinic, the treatment was excellent. The reception staff, the doctor's assistant, and the doctor were a very professional team. I recommend it 100%, and I will definitely return.

I ultimately had to reach out through social media after arriving in Colombia because I still had no information regarding my appointments. Only then did I receive a response and an explanation that there had been issues with WhatsApp and that one of the doctors was unavailable. The lack of communication made planning my trip very stressful and inconvenient. During my appointments, I also felt rushed and unheard. I had concerns about my treatment and expected better communication, professionalism, and follow-through. There was also confusion regarding pricing, and when I questioned the difference from what I had originally been told, the interaction became uncomfortable and left me feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience. It’s disappointing because my first experience was positive, but my second experience changed my opinion entirely. Based on my most recent experience, I would not return or recommend this practice. If you are traveling from another country for treatment, I strongly encourage you to make sure you have clear communication and confirmed scheduling before making the trip.

I had a lovely experience with Dr. Miguel Munoz! He and has staff was polite and courteous. Dr. Munoz made sure he went over EVERYTHING step by step through each process. I shouldn't have any more dental issues. HOWEVER, when ever im back in town in Cali (my second home ) i definitely come back to visit Miguel Angel Munoz!! Great job!! Thank you very much!!

I'm so happy with my mini smile makeover. From the first consultation, the doctor patiently explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The result was even better than I expected: natural, harmonious, and beautiful. I definitely recommend him.
