care of. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Before we even arrived, all of my messages were answered quickly, clearly, and to the point, so we knew exactly what the plan was and what to expect. I had quite a bit of work done, including removing two complicated bridges and replacing them with new ones. Everything went smoothly, and now they honestly feel just like my natural teeth. I also had two wisdom teeth removed, and I can say without exaggeration that this was the easiest experience I’ve ever had with tooth extractions. I didn’t need to take a single painkiller afterward — the pain simply never came. I was even given strong pain medication just in case, but I never needed it. The entire process was quick, calm, and not scary at all. My husband also had his stage 2 implant procedure done here, and everything went just as smoothly for him. The clinic also works with several hotels and provides discounted stays, which was very helpful. After everything was completed, we were taken back to the airport three days later, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. I truly cannot recommend this clinic enough. The communication was excellent, the care was outstanding, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. We will absolutely be returning when the time comes. While I work for a great company in Switzerland, I don’t have dental insurance and I needed an implant for an infected root canal. instrument as the dentist I see in Portland. The team was extremely professional and kind (and spoke English with me since my Spanish is quite poor, dispute my years of school). Anyhow, I’m now bringing both my teenage boys to Dr.Implant soon to get their wisdom teeth removed, it will also save my family thousands.

They are so kind and gentle! I went in for an implant in the lower rear right, the farthest tooth, and it was less than half of what I was quoted in the US. Plus my dentist in the US was rude and everyone at Dr. Implant has EXCELLENT customer service. There was no pain, not even during the numbing process. I had work done at the clinic recently and could not be more pleased. One of the things I needed done was to replace a crown that was on top of an implant. home. Dr. Julio Cesar did my root canal. He has magic hands and such a wonderful attitude ♥️ We had such a pleasant conversation that the hour flew by. I never felt any pain. 7 hours later and still no pain 👏🏻👏🏻. All the instruments used were super clean and hygienic. I highly recommend them; I give them a 100% in every aspect. I had a dental emergency while in Tijuana and Dr. Implant truly came through. They responded late on a Sunday, got me in first thing Monday, and made and placed a crown the same day using high-tech 3D imaging. The office is modern and spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind, caring, and professional. I’m so happy with the results—highly recommend!
