This is the second time I've come for an appointment and waited 30/40 minutes to be seen. If unforeseen circumstances occur, it would be a good idea for the staff to inform patients, as there are times when we can wait and others when we can't. offer me a completely different brand, saying they don't work with the one I requested for the appointment. Worse, they were downplaying the quality of the other product to try to sell me their own. It's worse than a low-cost dentist. P.S. Invisalign doesn't accept insurance, and the treatment is a mere $14,000/$15,000.

This rarely happens. We appreciate your understanding. The new employee unfortunately did not inform you of the brand we work with, as he was unaware that we worked with another brand. We apologize for the communication failure. Nowadays there are several invisible aligner systems and the cost varies depending on the comfort of the aligners, the complexity of the case and the treatment time. Perhaps you did not understand what the doctor said. You can check all the patient comments that attest to the doctor's highly professional conduct and the affordable prices of the treatments.
