I asked for cost estimate from overseas, they insisted to come and discuss. I was given 27,000 MYR quotes for dental implants involving some bone crafting works, for two teeth. asked a brand name for the quote he has given (8500 MYR per implant) I could not get a answer but Dr told stories. I can’t trust this either just like their cost for the entire treatment. Very disappointed as I traveled to Malaysia just for this.

Our record shows that you are from Jaffna, Sri Lanka, worked in Singapore and now working in New Zealand. You dropped by at our clinic on your transit in Kuala Lumpur, on the way back to your country Sri Lanka. You lost two (2) of your upper front teeth in an accident in 2015 and has been using a denture. You also said that your surgeons in Singapore and New Zealand could not do your implants because of the massive bone loss at that area and they could not do bone grafting procedures. As such, you came to Dr Arasu for his help to do your Bone Grafting and Jaw Bone Reconstruction Surgery and then place the Implants/Implant Crowns. This treatment involves two (2) surgeries, multiple visits and it will take about six months to complete. Dr Arasu has given you a very detailed written explanation on your bone condition, bone grafting and jaw reconstruction surgeries, options of treatment, implant procedures, types of implants, types of implant crowns, x-rays, medication, temporary replacement teeth as well as the detailed itemised charges for the whole treatment which was RM 26,720. For your information, the charges quoted for you was very reasonable and is consistent with the standard of the treatment provided by Dr Arasu. Thank you. Admin

e initial confidence needed. She helped me get a picture of the whole process and what to expect. She also assured me that they have treated many overseas patients, a large number of whom are from Australia. After an initial X-ray Dr.Arasu listed each option and provided me a detailed itemised cost of each option. He took time to explain each item and the pros and cons of each option. I was able to make a decision on what option suited me best the same day and stayed for the treatment. I ended up with bridges and an implant that required bone grafting and the lifting of my sinus. The implant was my deepest upper molar providing not much room to work with. I marvelled at the way he did the surgery and the bridges. He is highly experienced, skilled, meticulous and careful. I also found him to be friendly and approachable. He is supported by a warm and friendly team. After the initial major treatments they would message me in the evening and the next day to check on how I was doing. I made all my follow up appointments with them while I was back in Australia. I stayed in a good comfortable hotel in the city centre during the visits. The clinic was easy to get to by train. I got off the the Bank Rakyat station and then hopped into a cab to the clinic. On returning to the city I found it easier to book a Grab taxi to the train station. Transport fares are very inexpensive. I have just completed my treatment and am very happy with his work. The total cost of the treatment plus the travels was still less than what it would have costed me to get the same treatment done locally. I wish to thank Dr Arasu, Dr Sara, Dr Safa and the rest of his wonderful team for the treatment and allowing me to enjoy my meals once again. I thank them also for the long hours they worked and having to skip their lunches during the initial surgeries. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing good, honest and affordable professional dental treatment plus the bonus of a vacation and enjoying delicious Malaysian cuisine. I only wish I had found them sooner.

Did my right wisdom tooth extraction surgery here where the doctor had to cut the gum and the remove the tooth. Compared to other dental clinic I did similar surgery for my left wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Arasu’s was much better and hygienic. I felt very comfortable during and after the surgery. dentists who are super precise, due deligent and very caring about their patients. They treated me gently and never rushed the process in executing the surgery. It’s was one of the most painless procedures I have ever gone for. The price was considered reasonable for the service that was offered. The customer service was outstanding by Mrs Safa, who was very polite and helpful. The clinics ambience was also calm and peaceful. The medical equipment and technology used was new and clean. The doctors are very down to Earth, compassionate and gentle. Although price is a little on the pricey side by Malaysian standards, but rest assured their quality is at its highest standards. Totally worth a visit especially for tooth implants.

It was my first visit to the clinic & I am impressed with Dr Arasu & his team's professionalism & patience. Dr Arasu gave very detailed explanation & provided good solutions for my oral issues. His staff are well-trained, very friendly & helpful. The whole experience is superb.

t! She was kind, patient and encouraging. She took her time to explain in detail her diagnosis, recommendations and even the terminologies. Day 1: scaling to remove the calculus that had built up over the years. Day 2: replacement of fillings for 2 teeth (you know those ugly silver grey thingies they give you in school). Day 3: replacement of filings for 2 remaining teeth. AND ... she also decided to redo one tooth she had done on Day 2 because she was not satisfied with the tone/colour and she wanted to achieve a perfect match with ones she had just done. Talk about a PERFECTIONIST! There was barely any discomfort (no anaesthesia was used) aside from fleeting moments of sensitivity as my old fillings were being dug out from a deep cavity nearer to the nerves (Day 2). This entire experience has been refreshing and I appreciate the approach the clinic (Dr. Sara) has employed where they pace their treatments to ensure there is not treatment fatigue and there is no hard sell to do more than what is necessary. Thank you very much Dr. Sara, Jennifer, Natasha and Safa for a wonderful experience. I shall be diligent with my visits from here on :)
